Injuries: Slough complained of neck pain and was taken to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth; Kreider complained of knee, wrist and chest pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:25 p.m. Monday - Intersection of South Detroit Street and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Felisha C. Acosta, 22, West Church Street, Leesburg; Chelsey S. Sexton, 36, West CR 800S, Claypool. Injuries: Acosta complained of chest pain; Sexton complained of pain in her arm and hand and declined medical transport; Samantha Warren, 11, West Church Street, Leesburg, a passenger in Acosta’s pickup, complained of chest pain.
