Attorney To Discuss Kosciusko County Justice System

Local attorney David Kolbe will present a  program on the Kosciusko County justice system from 6:30 to 8 p.m. May 15 at the Warsaw Community Public Library.

He will discuss the role and function of the county’s five courts, the prosecutor’s office, the clerk’s office, community corrections, CASA and the probation department.

Kolbe also will discuss general principals regarding the civil and criminal cases heard in Kosciusko County courts.
