The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 11:06 a.m. Thursday - Rhonda Pearl Harrington, 36, of 13276 N. CR 150E, Milford, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.

• 2:02 p.m. Thursday - Matthew Robert Powell, 44, of 1703 S. West Point Drive, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $2,500.

• 6:22 p.m. Thursday - Mandy Jo Jarvis, 30, Bristol, arrested for possession of marijuana/ hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 6:45 p.m. Thursday - Michael Paul Eldridge, 27, homeless, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years and failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.



Property Damage Accidents

• 11:14 a.m. Wednesday - Pink Magnolia Drive, 100 feet east of Redwood Road, Winona Lake. Car hit unknown animal. Driver: Leann G. Gutwein, 77, East Pink Magnolia Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Wino-na Lake Police Department investigated.

• 2:16 p.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 19, 1,200 feet north of West CR 450N, Etna Green. Pickup hit turkey. Driver: Tabitha M. McCoy, 38, West CR 575N, Etna Green. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:14 a.m. Thursday - South Packerton Road, 100 feet south of CR 1000S, Claypool. Car hit raccoon. Driver: Kylea Mongosa, 23, Urbana. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 4:26 a.m. Friday - Intersection of West CR 600S and South CR 50W, Claypool. Car went off the road and hit a steel post. Driver: Leah D. Oaks, 28, North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 7:21 a.m. Friday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and CR 150W, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Cassie L. Leadford, 42, South Roosevelt Street, Warsaw; Ignacio Guerra, 40, West Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:47 p.m. Wednesday - People reported seeing a man expose himself in the park in the 1500 block of Park Avenue, Winona Lake. WLPD.

• 1:42 p.m. Thursday - A traffic stop on a suspended driver was performed in the 2600 block of West CR 900N, Milford. KCSO.

• 3:19 p.m. Thursday - A theft of a garden tractor was reported in the 13400 block of North CR 700W, Nappanee. Loss: $500. KCSO.

• 3:24 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior conviction in the 1200 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:31 p.m. Thursday - An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported a theft of merchandise. Value: $206.60. WPD.

• 6:37 p.m. Thursday - A suicide attempt was reported in the 4200 block of Kuder Lane, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:52 p.m. Thursday - A person reported criminal mischief to a vehicle that was for sale. Value: $5,000. KCSO.
