• 1:31 p.m. Wednesday - Angela Leigh Morris, 42, Kokomo, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 3:22 p.m. Wednesday - Britney Liana Shatzer, 33, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 3:24 p.m. Wednesday - Aaron Justin Tackett, 28, Elkhart, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $730.50.

• 3:45 p.m. Wednesday - Nicole Marie Doty 28, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 4:12 p.m. Wednesday - Hannah Lene Street, 25, of 310 N. Henry St., Milford, arrested for false informing/reporting and theft. Bond: $600.

• 6:01 p.m. Wednesday - Asia Elaine Davis, 22, Columbus, Ohio, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a previous conviction. Bond: $10,500.

• 7:11 p.m. Wednesday - Christina Diane Golden, 56, of 602 W. Section St., #114, Milford, arrested for counterfeiting. Bond: $2,500.

• 12:51 a.m. Thursday - Brandon Lynn Taylor, 28, of 9632 E. Genesee Lane, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 1:49 a.m. Thursday - Dennis Raymon Franklin, 18, of 120 N. Bronson St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 2:05 a.m. Thursday - Jose Javier Alvarez, 18, of 1320 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for minor possession of alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 2:29 a.m. Thursday - Karisma Lynn Frantz, 18, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for minor possession of alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 3:44 a.m. Thursday - Robert William Russell III, 23, of 1014 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.

• 10:31 a.m. Thursday - Reuben Scott Parker, 33, of 5113 E. Old 30, Pierceton, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.



Personal Injury Accident

• 11:43 a.m. Wednesday - South Ind. 15, 275 feet north of West Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Heather N. Hale, 35, North Lindberg Street, Warsaw; Jo L. Methuselah, 50, Chestnut Avenue, Winona Lake. Injury: Methuselah complained of neck pain but refused medical attention. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:50 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Higbee and West Catherine streets, Milford. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Kaylea J. Fletcher, 19, CR 133, Syracuse; James P. Barber, 70, Nancy Street, Warsaw. Injury: Martha A. Barber, 68, Nancy Street, Warsaw, a passenger in Barber’s SUV, complained of a leg injury and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Milford Police Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 7:27 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and South Southwood Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Aaron W. Eckman, 36, Wabash; Shannon M. Wilson, 33, Western Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:20 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East CR 700N and North CR 200E, Leesburg. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Marissa A. Raspiller, 25, Leo; Richard A. Barth, 69, South Bend. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.

• 2:10 p.m. Wednesday - 1800 W. Center St., Warsaw. SUV’s parking brake failed and the SUV started moving after it was parked, rolled across the parking lot and hit a parked unoccupied car registered to Aaron J. Jesel, Kings Court, Winona Lake. SUV registered to Philip G. Sand, West Eagle Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 3:12 p.m. Wednesday - A man reported the theft of debit/credit cards in the 800 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:22 p.m. Wednesday - A false report of theft was made in the 300 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:17 p.m. Wednesday - A theft from a residence in the 300 block of North Buffalo Street, Warsaw, was reported. Taken were clothes, a gaming system, money and shoes. Loss: $830. WPD.

• 8:01 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of the town of North Webster reported criminal mischief to wet concrete in the 400 block of South Dixie Drive, North Webster. Damage: $500. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 8:51 p.m. Wednesday - A person reported a battery committed with a deadly weapon in the 600 block of West Section Street, Milford. MPD.

• 12:56 a.m. Thursday - A man was arrested for minor consumption of alcohol; a man was arrested for possession of marijuana; and a woman was arrested for minor consumption of alcohol in the 1100 block of Brubaker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
