• 1:45 p.m. Tuesday - Allison Nicole Foster, 31, of 1796 W. Maple Lane, Claypool, arrested for theft - value of property at least $750. Bond: $5,500.

• 3:43 p.m. Tuesday - Laura Renee Curry, 30, of 612 W. Boston St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.

• 4:33 p.m. Tuesday - Tiffiney Nicole Martin, 35, of 600B N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000.

• 4:28 p.m. Tuesday - Clifford Daugherty, 38, of 1110 W. CR 400S, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,000.

• 4:53 p.m. Tuesday - James Anderson Walters, 63, of 12198 N. Mariposa Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 4:56 p.m. Tuesday - Steven Lynn Rennaker, 51, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 6:07 p.m. Tuesday - James Paul Grothaus, 25, of 127 S. Jefferson St., Cromwell, arrested for battery by bodily waste - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:36 p.m. Tuesday - Jorden Kayann Gerber, 19, of 401 W. Valleyview Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 7:17 p.m. Tuesday - Tiffiany Danielle Jervis, 28, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #87, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $677.

• 8 p.m. Tuesday - Martin Bonilla Jr., 33, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear and probation violation. No bond set.

• 8:06 p.m. Tuesday - Richard Theodore Rhodes, 35, New Paris, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 9:25 p.m. Tuesday - Mauricio Eduardo Carvajal, 20, of 804 W. Market St., Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.

• 5:17 a.m. Wednesday - Marcus Anthony Hinkle, 18, of 2570 Belmont Drive, Warsaw, arrested for minor possession of alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 2:32 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 15, 3,500 feet north of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Four-vehicle collision. Drivers: Gary W. Bradley, 63, Ossian; Arturo A. Ortiz, 47, New Haven; Lisa A. Williams, 46, North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw; Taylar C. Roberts, 27, East Smith Street, Milford. Injury: Ezekiel D. Fitzpatrick, 24, East Center Street, Warsaw, a passenger in Ortiz’s vehicle, complained of head pain. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 9:39 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and North Parker Street, Warsaw. Car went into Lake City Highway median, hit an Indiana Department of Transportation sign, drove out of the median, hit rear of semi-tractor trailer, went down into a ditch and came to a rest against a chain-link fence. Drivers: Elisabeth A. Hoffman, 24, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw; Norman L. Ullery, 46, North Main Street, Bourbon. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:50 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of South Buffalo Street and Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Esther R. Osborne, 38, Oriole Lane, Warsaw; Jennifer D. Shepherd, 44, Columbia City. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 10:14 p.m. Tuesday - 2519 E. Center St., Warsaw. Commercial truck hit overhang of Wyndham Gardens, East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Christopher L. Carson, 51, Tracy City, Tenn. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 7:06 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and Herscher Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Micah L. Hoffman, 18, Gable Drive, Warsaw; Mark G. Fick, 50, EMS T6A Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 3:24 p.m. Tuesday - A man reported his employer came to him about threats that were made in the 6500 block of West Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 5:19 p.m. Tuesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 3400 block of West Warren Drive, Warsaw. A woman reported a vehicle window was broken out. Damage: $200. KCSO.
