• 10:44 p.m. Sunday - Michelle Renee Galbraith, 44, of 2078 S. Packerton Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. No bond listed.
• 4:30 a.m. Monday - Jose Cervantez, 21, of 16 Henderson Drive, Warsaw, arrested for burglary. Bond: $15,250.

• 12:21 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of East Winona Avenue and South Bronson Street, Warsaw. Car-Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicle collision. Drivers: Travis A. Fogus, 31, North Judson; Justin M. Braden, 27, South CR 250E, Warsaw. Injury: Braden complained of pain to the upper arm and shoulder and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital, evaluated and released without injury. Damage: $10,000-$25,000.
