• 12:24 p.m. Thursday - Austin Edward Newsome, 25, Roanoke, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000.

• 1:12 p.m. Thursday - Jeremy Paul Mitchell, 33, of 310A S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested on four counts of failure to appear. Bond: $2,605.

• 3:15 p.m. Thursday - Pablo Andres Figueroa, 56, of 2725 E. Center St., #215, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.

• 5:10 p.m. Thursday - Ryan Michael McLaughlin, 22, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:22 p.m. Thursday - Adam Ray Lindley, 23, of 6663 W. CR 500S, #6, Mentone, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and public intoxication by alcohol/drugs. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:04 p.m. Thursday - Levi Max Shock, 25, of 2711 E. CR 1175N, lot 1, North Manchester, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 8:35 p.m. Thursday - Gavin Layne Reeves, 20, Winchester, Ohio, arrested for voyeurism. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:10 p.m. Thursday - Samantha Ellen Personette, 26, Argos, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.

• 9:43 p.m. Thursday - Tenea Renee O’Neal, 39, South Bend, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.

• 10:40 p.m. Thursday - Scott Joseph Lennox, 50, of 311 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - felony and fraud on a bank/financial institution. Bond: $6,750.

• 10:48 p.m. Thursday - Kyle Richard Spaulding, 31, of 3750 Lake City Hwy., #8, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.



Property Damage Accidents

• 7:16 a.m. Thursday - 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Delores Moore, 84, North Ind. 13, North Webster; Janie K. Whitehead, 56, West CR 200S, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:46 a.m. Thursday - 117 S. Sherman St., Warsaw. Pickup registered to Nicole R. Marsillet, South Side Drive, Warsaw, hit fence belonging to Shaina Harrell, South Sherman Street, Warsaw, and trash bins belonging to the city of Warsaw, and fled the scene. Pickup was found on the east side of Argonne Road, Warsaw, unoccupied and had also been involved in a second hit-skip accident at the intersection of Bronson and East Center streets. Driver: unknown. Damage: Under $750. WPD.

• 5:30 p.m. Thursday - 419 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw. Van hit parked car registered to Bobbi S. France, South Ind. 13, North Manchester. Driver: Tosha M. Johnson, 25, Sophie Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 6:59 a.m. Friday - East McKenna Road, 800 feet east of North CR 475E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Kylee R. Beck, 24, EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 12:39 p.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 700 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:31 p.m. Thursday - A traffic stop occurred in the 1500 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:12 p.m. Thursday - A domestic battery was reported in the 3700 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:18 p.m. Thursday - A woman in the 5600 block of South CR 650E, Pierceton, reported finding her husband dead in the bedroom with a gunshot wound. KCSO.

• 8:13 p.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 900 block of Carrington Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
