NOTICE OF DETERMINATION

Pursuant to Indiana Code § 6-1.1-20-5, notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the South Whitley Community Public Library has preliminarily determined to secure a loan and issue a note in an amount not to exceed $300,000 to fund the proposed renovation of and improvements to South Whitley Community Public Library (the "Project").
