NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS

OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION

Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the library known as South Whitley Community Public Library (the "Library") that the Board of Trustees (the "Board") of the Library will meet at 201 East Front Street, South Whitley, Indiana, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. (Local Time) on May 9, 2019, to consider the following  additional  appropriation  of a note (the "Note") which the Board has determined to issue.  The Board considers such additional appropriation  necessary to meet the need existing at this time:

An appropriation in the amount of $300,000 from the proceeds of the Note, and all investment earnings thereon, on account of the renovation of and improvements to South Whitley Community Public Library (the "Project") in the library district, including the incidental  expenses necessary to be incurred in connection  with the Project and the issuance of the Note on account thereof.   The funds to meet such additional appropriation  are to be provided by securing the Note by the Library.
