    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit/Superior Court of  Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1709-MF-000090 wherein Ditech Financial LLC was Plaintiff, and Joshua L. Jordon aka Joshua L. Jordan and Miranda R. Barry, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of May, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am  or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, better described as follows:

    Beginning at the Southwest corner of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16; thence North 0 degrees 19 minutes East, 271 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 89 degrees 19 minutes East, 148 feet to a point; thence South 1 degree 19 minutes West, 273.6 feet to a point; thence West 141.8 feet to the Place of Beginning.

    SUBJECT TO LIENS, ENCUMBRANCES AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.

    More commonly known as: 262 E 575 N, Leesburg, IN 46538

    Parcel No. 43-07-16-400-311.000-016

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
