• 1:38 p.m. Thursday - Katelynn Renee Staab, 22, of 920 Anchorage Road, #59, Warsaw, arrested for shoplifting. Bond: $600.

• 2:02 p.m. Thursday - Kenneth Robert Hyatt, 51, of 6889 S. Ind. 15, Claypool, arrested for possession of child pornography. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:36 p.m. Thursday - Angel Michelle Roberts, 19, of 18 EMS B5 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:36 p.m. Thursday - Shawn Richard Daniels, 36, of 18 EMS B5 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear - felony and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:09 p.m. Thursday - Hannah Lynn-Rinehart Davis, 20, of 1121 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for theft of a firearm. Bond: $10,250.

• 4:55 p.m. Thursday - James Robert Carpenter, 31, of 8488 E. Asbury Lane, North Webster, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $10,250.

• 5:20 p.m. Thursday - Joshua Cole Armstrong, 27, Toledo, Ohio, arrested for probation violation - felony. No bond set.

• 5:05 p.m. Thursday - Nickolaus David Murphy, 21, Van Buren, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 8:40 p.m. Thursday - Ryan Joshua McKinney, 24, of 617 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 1:55 a.m. Friday - Isaah Michael Hough, 18, Logansport, arrested for theft of property valued at least $750 and less than $50,000. Bond: $5,250.



Personal Injury Accident

• 3:27 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Joseph R. Sharp, 59, Roann; Elyse L. Hardin, 34, Kinney Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Hardin complained of back pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital by Lutheran EMS. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 8:25 a.m. Thursday - 99 Chestnut St., Winona Lake. Semi-tractor trailer made U-turn in Lake City Bank parking lot and caught telephone cable lines belonging to CenturyLink hanging across the parking lot and pulled them down. The lines were attached to the bank and subsequently pulled the north gable of the building down, revealing the attic area. Driver: Daniel T. Engle, 45, Grand Rapids, Mich. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 3:47 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of West Market and North Second streets, Pierceton. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Nilamkumar S. Bhalshankar, 40, East Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Kevin M. Ferguson, 54, North CR 400E, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:48 p.m. Thursday - 301 S. CR 400W, Columbia City. Car being pursued by police hit Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office SUV. Drivers: Brandon K. Eber, 23, Columbia City; Christopher D. Rager, 45, West Main Street, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WLPD.

• 9:06 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of East Hendricks and South Harrison streets, Warsaw. City of Warsaw police car backed into a NIPSCO pole. Driver: Clay A. Layne, 49, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 9:58 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended in the 1000 block of Ranch Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10 a.m. Thursday - An employee of Safe-Way Door in the 3800 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw, reported their business computers had been hacked. Loss: $29,958.94. KCSO.

• 10:20 a.m. Thursday - A theft from a motor vehicle was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Taken were tools and a purse. Value: $70. WPD.

• 1 p.m. Thursday - An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported the theft of consumable goods. Loss: $116.38. WPD.

• 7:45 p.m. Thursday - A domestic battery was reported in the 600 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:52 p.m. Thursday - The theft of a cellphone was reported in the 800 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 9 p.m. Thursday - An accident involving a Warsaw Police Department vehicle was reported in the 2000 block of East Hendricks Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:49 p.m. Thursday - A suicide attempt was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:37 p.m. Thursday - An unwanted person was reported in the 100 block of EMS C24D Lane, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 8:24 a.m. Friday - The theft of a motorcycle was reported in the 800 block of South CR 250E, Warsaw. Value: $10,000. KCSO.
