• 10:05 a.m. Thursday - Rhonda Pearl Harrington, 36, of 13276 N. CR 150E, Milford, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 12:36 p.m. Thursday - Kawliga Blue Stickler, 32, Goshen, arrested for burglary. Bond: $6,500.

• 12:59 p.m. Thursday - Bryant Ancil Ramey, 23, of 531 N. Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 2:06 p.m. Thursday - Megan Rae Smarr, 27, of 302 S. Morton St., North Webster, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $3,750.

• 2:41 p.m. Thursday - Parker Allen Nelson, 24, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 4:16 p.m. Thursday - Gregory Allen Bussard, 61, of 3404 E. Kenway Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:11 p.m. Thursday - Joseph Phillip Gerber II, 38, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 5:14 p.m. Thursday - Israel Azarel Rosales, 21, Logansport, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 5:29 p.m. Thursday - Jeff Gordon Bartman, 21, of 1608B Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 6:09 p.m. Thursday - Monica Paola Rangel, 20, of 1608B Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 6:50 p.m. Thursday - Jennifer Lynn Gasaway, 33, of 5774 N. 2nd St., Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash with property damage. Bond: $500.

• 10:43 p.m. Thursday - Shaun Samuel Burget, 38, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and on a warrant. Bond: $5,250



Property Damage Accidents

• 10:35 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Ind. 13 and East Old 30, Pierceton. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Tyler A. Parker, 29, East CR 350N, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:01 a.m. Thursday - North Ind. 13, 3,200 feet north of East Old 30, Pierceton. Van hit deer. Driver: Lar M. Zar, 48, Fort Wayne. Zar was issued a summons for driving never having a driver’s license. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 8:32 a.m. Thursday - 649 N. Main St., North Webster. SUV hit parked car registered to Shari N. Watkins, EMS B60A Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Stephen A. Gaffney, 64, South Morton Street, North Webster. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 9:14 a.m. Thursday - 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Car hit parked SUV registered to Pedro S. Lopez Aguilar, East Old Colony Road, Warsaw. Driver: James L. Stouder, 80, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.



Personal Injury Accident

• 9:32 a.m. Thursday - North CR 800W, 2,150 feet south of West CR 400N, Atwood. Car went off the road, hit a tree and rolled over. Driver: Richard L. Hubbard, 40, Wabash. Injury: Hubbard complained of arm pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 1:56 a.m. Wednesday - A person was found sleeping in a vehicle in the 700 block of Lakeview Drive, Warsaw, and was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. NWPD.

• 3:52 p.m. Wednesday - A woman in the 200 block of West School Street, Leesburg, reported the theft of items from her purse and the unauthorized use of a vehicle by her ex-boyfriend. Taken were money, keys and debit/credit cards. Loss: $916.91. KCSO.

• 6:01 a.m. Thursday - A man involved in a vehicle crash in the 700 block of North Ind. 13, Pierceton, was issued a summons for never having had a driver’s license in the United States. KCSO.

• 7:03 a.m. Thursday - A man reported his neighbor was deceased in the 1800 block of Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 8:23 a.m. Thursday - A man reported he received a phone call from the Noble County Sheriff’s Office in reference to stolen items from his Kosciusko County residence in the 10500 block of North Grand Boulevard, Syracuse. Loss: $25,000. KCSO.

• 10:46 a.m. Thursday - An employee of the City of Warsaw reported graffiti on a building in the 800 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:58 p.m. Thursday - A person threatening suicide and/or acts of violence was reported in the 600 block of Walter Way, Warsaw. WPD.
