• 1:20 p.m. Wednesday - Leroy Alvin Houchin II, 51, of 1250 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000.

• 4:30 p.m. Wednesday - Cassandra Louise Walgamuth, 31, of 761 N. Colfax St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000.

• 5:09 p.m. Wednesday - Dana Kaye Garza, 55, of 507 Prairie Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 9:43 p.m. Wednesday - Eleseo Marqal Lane, 18, of 2019 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 1:52 a.m. today - William Anthony Piechota, 37, of 3070 S. Packerton Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, endangering the lives of others. Bond: $700.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 4:54 p.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 15, 950 feet north of West CR 350S, Warsaw. SUV left road, returned to road, left the road, went into a ditch, hit a fence and came to rest upside down. Driver: Debora L. Parker, 49, South Graceland Avenue, Claypool. Injuries: Parker complained of pain to the lower arm but refused medical treatment with Lutheran EMS; John H. Parker, 48, South Graceland Avenue, Claypool, a passenger in the SUV, had minor bleeding to the face and was taken to Parkview Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 11:15 p.m. Tuesday - East McKenna Road, 1,200 feet west of EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw. Car went off the road and hit a cluster of trees. Driver: Joshua D. Wihebrink, 41, East Wawonaissa Drive, Syracuse. Injury: Wihebrink had minor bleeding to the face and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
