Tours Will Retrace 1934 Dillinger Raid In Warsaw

Guided tours will retrace the steps of Public Enemy No. 1 and his henchmen that night in April 1934, and “retell the details of how the country's most ruthless bank robbers matched wits with Warsaw's heroic lone night police officer, J.D. Pittenger,” according to a press release from the Historical Society
Tours will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Old Jail Museum, 121 N. Indiana St., Warsaw. Tours will depart the jail every 15 minutes and continue until 8 p.m.
Cost of the tours is $5 per person; 12 and younger are free.
All proceeds will go to support the Old Jail Museum.
