• 2:26 p.m. Monday - Austin Michael Rink Hairell, 24, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $260.

• 2:30 p.m. Monday - Danny Zamora, 18, of 920 Anchorage Road, #68, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 3:08 p.m. Monday - Timothy Ray Rogers, 66, of 9367 N. Ind. 15, Milford, arrested for domestic battery and disorderly conduct. Bond: $6,000.

• 3:12 p.m. Monday - Amanda Kay Patrick, 29, of 4113 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000.

• 3:36 p.m. Monday - Luis Ignacio Hernandez, 19, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #111, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000.

• 4:24 p.m. Monday - Tristan Joseph Michael Alfano, 21, Columbia City, arrested for fraud, theft and failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,750.

• 4:59 p.m. Monday - Sarah Ann Kaufman, 32, of 309 E. Catherine St., #20, Milford, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor and failure to pay. Bond: $1,054.98.

• 5:20 p.m. Monday - Tatyana Marie Washington, 22, of 515 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $355.08.

• 11:12 p.m. Monday - Kenneth James Graff, 36, homeless, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:15 a.m. today - Sky Annmarie Smalley, 19, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #46, Pierceton, arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.

• 9 p.m. Friday - West CR 200S, 500 feet east of South CR 675W, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Zaira J. Barbosa Murillo, 19, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 12:11 a.m. Monday - Intersection of East Old 30 and North CR 300E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Ryan M. Slone, 35, East CR 150N, Pierceton. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSO.

• 6:40 p.m. Friday - A fraud over Facebook was reported in the 1400 block of South Ind. 25, Warsaw. Loss: $1,400. KCSO.

• 9:47 p.m. Friday - A drug overdose was reported in the 7300 block of West Lutes Drive, Warsaw. Drugs and paraphernalia were found in plain sight. KCSO.

• 11:17 p.m. Friday - A runaway juvenile was reported in the 700 block of West CR 675N, Leesburg. KCSO.

• 12:58 a.m. Saturday - A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 1600 block of South County Farm Road, Warsaw. Taken were identity documents, credit and debit cards, money and a purse. Loss: $125. KCSO.

• 4:37 p.m. Saturday - A woman was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a habitual traffic violator status in the 300 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 1:39 a.m. Sunday - A person in the 200 block of East Pickwick Drive, Syracuse, was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 7:20 a.m. Sunday - A woman in the 2700 block of Country Club Road, Warsaw, reported the theft of her medication less than 24 hours after getting it filled. Loss: $60. KCSO.

• 8:20 a.m. Sunday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of North Dolan Drive, Syracuse. SPD.

• 10:07 a.m. Sunday - A woman reported her mother was being battered in the 500 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:22 p.m. Sunday - A man reported he found a gun in a yard in the 4100 block of North Bird View Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 1:22 p.m. Sunday - A domestic battery was reported in the 3800 block of North Ind. 15, Warsaw. A woman said her daughter was fighting with her fiance. KCSO.

• 1:31 p.m. Sunday - A man reported someone broke into the shed at his lake cottage in the 100 block of EMS T13E Lane, Leesburg, and stole wakeboards and tools. Loss: $462. KCSO.

• 1:53 p.m. Sunday - A domestic battery was reported in the 3800 block of North Ind. 15, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 5:20 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years in the 300 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. SPD.

• 6:47 p.m. Sunday - A single-vehicle accident led to an investigation of a person operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 5200 block of North Pound Road, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 7:47 p.m. Sunday - The theft of a cellphone was reported in the 200 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Value: $75. SPD.

• 8:41 p.m. Sunday - A woman reported a broken window at her residence in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Damage: $200. KCSO.

• 4:41 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop occurred in the 2900 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw, and a person was arrested on a warrant. WPD.

• 6:30 p.m. Monday - The unauthorized control of a motor vehicle was reported in the 1600 block of Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:58 p.m. Monday - Lost or stolen vehicle keys were reported in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:59 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop occurred in the 600 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw, and a person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and a hypodermic syringe or needle. WPD.
