• 1:26 p.m. Tuesday - Melissa Renee Peepers, 43, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #158, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $55.

• 3:08 p.m. Tuesday - Lisa Faye Partlow, 31, of 12380 N. Kings Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor, failure to appear - felony and probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 5:25 p.m. Tuesday - Jessie Lee Savant Jr., 57, of 510 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $1,242.

• 4:21 a.m. today - Karen Marie Bonham, 42, of 255 E. Pink Magnolia Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, possession of a syringe for a legend drug and failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 4:27 a.m. today - Angelika Susanne Weidenbenner, 34, of 1458 Rutland Court, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of meth and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:54 a.m. Tuesday - East Center Street, 200 feet west of North Lindberg Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Cinthia Velasco, 24, Glendale Heights, Ill.; Mohit Baya, 30, Sandcastle Drive, Warsaw; Cody W. Demske, 21, North Washington Street, Warsaw. Injury: Velasco had a minor burn to the lower arm but refused medical treatment. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:59 a.m. Tuesday - West CR 350N, 800 feet east of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. SUV went off road and hit a Warsaw Municipal Airport fence, Airport Road, Warsaw. Driver: Alison R. Himes, 24, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 1:40 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Dubois and Provident drives, Warsaw. SUV hit median and sign. Driver: Pauline H. Gabbett, 76, Birchwood Court, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 1:52 p.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 25, 400 feet west of West CR 100S, Warsaw. SUV slid off the road and came to rest in a field. Driver: Sierra R. Palmer, 18, West CR 200S, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 6:38 a.m. Tuesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 800 block of Charles Street, Winona Lake. WLPD.

• 7:48 a.m. Tuesday - A woman in the 1000 block of West Sycamore Road, Warsaw, reported someone in Camby attempted to use her credit card information over the weekend. KCSD.

• 10:07 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for public intoxication and criminal trespassing in the 100 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:04 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in the 800 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:44 p.m. Tuesday - A man in the 2000 block of Highlander Drive, Warsaw, reported a fraud involving a $500 Google Play gift card. WPD.

• 6:31 p.m. Tuesday - A hit-skip accident was reported in the 3900 block of South County Farm Road, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 6:46 p.m. Tuesday - An employee of Tippecanoe Valley School Corp. in the 8200 block of South Ind. 19, Akron, reported a student made a threat by email. KCSD.
