Two Warsaw men and a Warsaw woman are facing burglary-related charges after allegedly breaking into a woman’s home wearing masks and stealing items.

Jacquline Rae Egolf, 19, of 1313 N. CR 525W, Warsaw, was arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 12:45 p.m. Thursday for burglary of a dwelling and aiding, inducing or causing a felony. Her preliminary bond was set at $15,250.

Court documents filed Monday list the charges against her as aiding, inducing or causing a burglary, a level 4 felony; and aiding, inducing or causing a theft, a Class A misdemeanor.

James Allen Bradley Jr., 21, same address, was arrested and booked into the KCJ at 9:17 a.m. Thursday for driving while suspended with a prior, burglary of a dwelling, resisting law enforcement – fleeing and failure to appear – misdemeanor. His preliminary bond for the burglary charge was set at $15,250.

Court documents list the charges against him as burglary, a level 4 felony; and theft, a Class A misdemeanor.

Nathan Scott Dimmock, 32, of 413 S. High St., Warsaw, was arrested and booked into the KCJ at 8:33 a.m. Thursday for burglary of a dwelling and resisting law enforcement – fleeing. His preliminary bond was set at $15,250.

Court documents list the charges against him as burglary, a level 4 felony; and theft, a Class A misdemeanor with a sentence enhancement to make it a level 6 felony.

On Sept. 20, a woman contacted the Warsaw Police Department to report persons inside her residence wearing masks on Brook View Avenue in Warsaw. Officer Ross Minear arrived and saw two individuals inside the home with masks. The persons fled out the back door of the residence, but Minear was able to apprehend Bradley. Officers found brass knuckles, a cellphone and watch on Bradley that had been stolen from the home.

A K-9 was used to track the second person. He was apprehended and identified as Nathan Dimmock. Officers found a backpack outside of the residence that contained stolen items, which Dimmock had carried, according to court documents.

An officer spoke with Bradley, who admitted he, Dimmock and Egolf planned on burglarizing the home. Dimmock and Bradley would enter the residence while Egolf would be the lookout, sitting down the road in a vehicle.

Bradley and Dimmock entered the home by breaking a window and kicking the garage door open. Bradley said once inside the residence, Dimmock and he stole items. Bradley said they ran from the residence when his girlfriend, Egolf, called them and said the police were coming.

WPD Det. Paul Heaton spoke with Dimmock, who corroborated Bradley’s version of the crime.

Egolf also told the same story to another officer.

Dimmock was convicted of theft on Dec. 20, 2013, in Kosciusko County Superior Court I.

Bradley was also arrested and booked into the KCJ Aug. 21 for maintaining a common nuisance, driving while suspended with a prior, resisting law enforcement, resisting law enforcement with the use of a vehicle and carrying a handgun without a license.
