The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 8:33 a.m. Thursday – Nathan Scott Dimmock, 32, of 413 S. High St., Warsaw, was arrested in the 1500 block of Brook View Avenue, Warsaw, for burglary of a dwelling and resisting law enforcement -fleeing. Bond: $15,250.

• 9:17 a.m. Thursday – James Allen Bradley Jr., 21, of 1313 N. CR 525W, Warsaw, was arrested in the 1500 block of Brook View Avenue, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior, burglary of a dwelling, resisting law enforcement - fleeing and failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond $15,250.

• 12:45 p.m. Thursday – Jacqueline Ray Egolf, 19, of 1313 N. CR 525W, Warsaw, was arrested at her residence for burglary of a dwelling and aiding, inducing or causing a felony. Bond: $15,250.

• 1:31 p.m. Thursday – Stewart Matthew Hummer, 40, Nappanee, arrested for a probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,000.

• 4:48 p.m. Thursday – Tyler D. Owens, 32, of 2949 E. Joshua Drive, Warsaw, was arrested in the 2500 block of East Center Street for possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia and on a habitual traffic offender violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:01 p.m. Thursday – Derik James Hettler, 37, of 5133 S. Packerton Road, Warsaw, was arrested in the 9400 block of South County Farm Road, Claypool, for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond.

• 6:54 p.m. Thursday – Jeffery A. Stump, 48, of 812 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 7:01 p.m. Thursday – Steven Jeffery Myers, 27, Fort Wayne, was arrested in the 100 block of Southwood Drive, Warsaw, for dealing synthetic drugs - misdemeanor and for possession of a synthetic cannabinial. Bond: $450.

• 9:39 p.m. Thursday – Joseph Henery Cutler III, 36, of 2992 E. Armstrong Road, Leesburg, arrested in the 400 block of East Pope Street, Warsaw, for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 10:47 p.m. Thursday – Blaine Corbin Charles Stookey, 40, of 1021 W. Hoppes Road, Warsaw, was arrested on Winona Lake for operating a motorboat while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 5:52 a.m. today – Clifton Wayne Davis, 40, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, Warsaw, was arrested near the intersection of Lake Street and Hepler Drive for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia-misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.



Personal Injury Accident

• 11:11 a.m. Thursday – East Ind. 14, 200 feet west of South CR 100E, Silver Lake. A driver attempting to turn her vehicle thought she would be rear-ended by a semi, took the turn too fast and ran off the roadway, striking an iron property marker. Driver: Amanda N. Guy, 39, South CR 100E, Claypool. Guy complained of neck and back pain but declined medical treatment at the scene. Damage: $1,001-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 8:34 p.m. Wednesday – North CR 300E at East CR 100N, Warsaw. Vehicles sideswiped during a turn in a hit-and-run collision. Driver: Bryan D. Williams, 18, Carmel. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSD.

• 5:12 p.m. Thursday – U.S. 30, 600 feet west of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Two-car rear-end collision. Drivers: Christian M. Baughman, 22, North Sixth Street, Pierceton; David L. Schmidt, 48, South CR 775E, Pierceton. Damage $2,501-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:55 a.m. Wednesday – The theft of a Nintendo Switch was reported in the 800 block of Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Estimated loss: $598. KCSD.

• 8:53 a.m. Wednesday – Theft of tools from a job site was reported in the 1400 block of Polk Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 1:42 p.m. Wednesday – KCSD officers were called to assist officers fighting with a suicidal male at the Victory Hotel in the 200 block of West Jefferson Street, Warsaw.

• 2:55 p.m. Wednesday – The theft of two shovels and a gas can was reported in the 300 block of East Wooster Road, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 8:52 p.m. Wednesday – A fraud was reported in the 300 bock of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 3:54 a.m. Thursday – A drug overdose was reported in the 1600 block of Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 6:46 p.m. Thursday – A suspicious person was reported in the 700 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11 p.m. Thursday – An attempted suicide was reported in the 600 block of Walter Way, Warsaw. WPD.
