• 8:25 a.m. Tuesday – Sean Charles McDonnell, 25, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $383.

• 8:49 a.m. Tuesday – Renee Marie Paloza, 65, Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. Bond: $3,000.

• 11:08 a.m. Tuesday – Jacob Ray Kizer, 49, of 2508 West Side Drive, Warsaw, was arrested in the 2400 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw, for a habitual traffic violator for life violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:54 p.m. Tuesday – Jeremiah James Chandler, 36, Columbia City, arrested for battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $600.

• Charles Kason Coffelt, 26, Wauseon, Ohio, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor and failure to pay. Bond: $223.50.

• 5:14 p.m. Tuesday – Kayla Nichole Smith, 27, of 512 Glessner St., Warsaw, arrested in the 300 block of West Market Street, Warsaw, for possession of a syringe for a legend drug and probation violation. Bond: $10,250.

• 5:32 p.m. Tuesday – Ryan Paul Schultz, 52, Noblesville, arrested in the Hamilton County Jail for probation violation - felony. No bond.

• 5:55 p.m. Tuesday – Jamie Ray Green, 35, Goshen, arrested at the Plainfield Reception Diagnostic Center for domestic battery. Bond: $5,570.

• 5:55 p.m. Tuesday – Amanda Jo Shepherd, 39, of 218 N. Sherman St., Warsaw, was arrested in the 300 block of West Market Street, Warsaw, for possession of meth and on two warrants for another Indiana agency. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:14 p.m. Tuesday – Reider Davayne Bliss Hunley, 20, of 41 EMS T16B, Leesburg, was arrested in Hendricks County for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond.

• 7:27 p.m. Tuesday – Christopher David Wilson, 38, Fort Wayne, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $2,000.

• 12:31 a.m. today – Dilrag Maan, 25, Huntertown, was arrested in the 4900 block of East CR 1200N, Syracuse, for possession of meth and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.



Personal Injury Accident

• 9:18 p.m. Tuesday – West CR 1350N, 1,250 feet east of North CR 200W, Milford. Driver lost control of vehicle, which left the road and struck a tree. Driver: Todd A. Wilson, 36, North Ind. 19, Etna Green. Wilson was extricated from the vehicle and flown to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne for a fracture or dislocation in the knee/lower leg/foot. Damage: $25,001-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 6:39 a.m. Monday – South Detroit Street at East Market Street, Warsaw. Vehicles collided during a left turn. Drivers: Jamie M. Brainard, 44, South Scott Street, Warsaw; Shanna L. France, 44, EMS C24E, Warsaw. Damage: $2,501-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:03 p.m. Monday – Parking lot in the 300 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Car backed in to an unoccupied pickup truck registered to Salome Flores, Lura Circle, Milford. Driver: Janet S. Wilzbacker, 70, Indianapolis. Damage: $1,001-$2,500. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 7:29 p.m. Tuesday – South County Farm Road, 600 feet south of East 600S, Claypool. Car struck deer. Driver: Sheldon L. Cooper, 40, South Maple Run, Warsaw. Damage: $1,001-$2,500. KCSD.

• Saturday – A Kosciusko County Jail inmate asked to speak with a deputy about a possible theft in the 2200 block of Cost-A-Plenty Road, Warsaw. KCSD.

• Saturday – A person in the 61010 block of North CR 950E, North Webster, reported the fraudulent use of a debit card. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• Saturday – A person in the 100 block of East North Street, Milford, reported the fraudulent use of a debit card in Indianapolis. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 1:27 a.m. Saturday – An intoxicated person with injuries to the face was found at Milford Party Pack in the 300 block of North Higbee Street, Milford. The person was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. MPD.

• 10:51 a.m. Saturday – The violation of a protective order was reported in the 11100 block of North CR 150E, Milford. KCSD.

• Noon Saturday – A case of fraud was reported in the 100 block of South Main Street, North Webster. NWPD.

• 3:35 p.m. Saturday – Shoplifting was reported at a business in the 300 block of South Main Street, North Webster. NWPD.

• 8 p.m. Saturday – A vehicle was vandalized in the 2100 block of Bluewater Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:43 p.m. Saturday – The KCSD responded to a fight in the 100 block of EMS B40E Lane, Leesburg.

• 8:04 a.m. Sunday – Two cars were reported vandalized overnight in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:43 a.m. Sunday– A person reported his home in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw, was egged. WPD.

• 10:42 a.m. Sunday – A person reported being the victim of home improvement fraud in the 200 block of EMS T34 Lane, Leesburg. KCSD.
