• 9:28 a.m. Friday – Malcolm Lee Johnson, 30, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear – misdemeanor. Bond: $400.

• 9:51 a.m. Friday – Casey Lynn Robertson, 30, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to pay and two counts of failure to appear – misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 11:46 a.m. Friday – Joseph L. Slabaugh, 21, Bremen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond: $700.

• 12:54 p.m. Friday – Justin Billy Ottinger, 34, of 3520 N. CR 900W, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear – original charge felony. No bond set.

• 1:42 p.m. Friday – Jason Dion Gongwer, 44, Plymouth, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $2,000.

• 2:19 p.m. Friday – Lola Marguerite Kelly, 58, of 602 W. Winona Ave., #1, Warsaw, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.

• 3:28 p.m. Friday – Michael Lynn Losher III, 37, of 44 EMS B51 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for stalking and invasion of privacy. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:14 p.m. Friday – Frankie Lee Poe, 46, of 203 N. Monroe St., Sidney, arrested for criminal trespassing. Bond: $500.

• 6:05 p.m. Friday – Bethany Patricia Dixon, 30, of 443 N. Lincoln Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear – original charge felony. Bond: $10,500.

• 6:36 p.m. Friday – Christian Lee Taylor, 27, South Bend, arrested for failure to pay. Bon: $268.

• 11:33 a.m. Friday – East Center Street, 350 feet west of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Melvin L. Bruner, 66, East U.S. 30, Pierceton; Lorwill M. Coffing, 75, North CR 850E, Pierceton; Shane D. Sapp, 41, South Ind. 13, Pierceton. Injuries: Bruner complained of pain to the chest; Coffing complained of chest to the hip and upper leg. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:04 p.m. Thursday – Springhill Road, 630 feet south of Provident Drive, Warsaw. Commercial semi-tractor trailer hit low-hanging wires, causing several lines and a utility pole to break. Driver: Mary Fillmore-McIntire, 44, Dayton, Ohio. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 3:24 p.m. Thursday – 623 N. Main St., North Webster. SUV-car collision. Driver: Michele R. Fisher, 51, South Mary Lafern Street, North Webster; Patrick M. McMillan, 68, EMS T49A Lane, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 7:46 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and Center Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Sharon L. Perkins, 70, St. James, Fla.; Richard K. Dedecker, 48, EMS B62 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 6:08 a.m. Friday – East CR 1300N, 20 feet east of North Oak Street, Syracuse. Car drove off road. Driver: Lisa M. Erickson, 37, Bremen. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:03 a.m. Friday – 216 S. Lake St., Warsaw. Directional sign on pickup hit Wolford Dry Cleaners canopy at 216 S. Lake St., Warsaw. Driver: Brian R. Norem, 37, Grovertown. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 9:29 a.m. Thursday – A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior in the 300 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. SPD.

• 4:33 p.m. Thursday – Neighbors battered each other in a fist fight in the 300 block of East Williams Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 5:11 p.m. Thursday – A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence in the 100 block of West Boston Street, Huntington. SPD.

• 6:09 p.m. Thursday – Theft of cash from a wallet was reported in the 300 block of South Main Street, North Webster. Loss: $400. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 12:47 a.m. Friday – A welfare check was done in the 300 block of South Henry Street, Milford. The person was taken to the Bowen Center. MPD.
