I would like to take this opportunity to reach out to the voters of Tippecanoe Township. I genuinely appreciate the support that I received throughout the primary election process. If I am elected to serve as the Tippecanoe Township Trustee, I ensure the constituents that they will receive the appropriate oversight of their tax dollars. One of my most important campaign issues has been continuing to maintain our own ambulance service. In order to do so, we need to sustain long term financial stability, in addition to competitive wages and benefits for our employees. I would also like to see a pay increase for the volunteer firefighters.

I have developed a plan to perform a cemetery restoration, coupled with the recent upgrades that have been performed. I will work with the youth league, which uses township property, on a plan to revitalize their program. It is on my agenda to reinstitute funding to the Senior Primelife Enrichment Center, which is located at the community center. We also need to determine the future of our township property and take the necessary steps to repair and replace our facilities. I want our financial assistance to be readily available, for those in need. Many of our taxpayers own property in our township, but are ineligible to vote because of residence elsewhere. I value their opinion and will create a digital format, to share our meeting minutes and news, in addition to offering an opportunity for those individuals to share their concerns.

I am qualified to perform this job because of my experience on the Tippecanoe Township Board, where I currently serve as president, in addition to the 19 years I have served on the North Webster/Tippecanoe Township Fire Department. Throughout my tenure, I have served under multiple township board members and four township trustees. My wife and I have chosen to raise our family in our community, just as my family has for nearly two centuries.

Respectfully Submitted,

Christopher M. Francis
