• 6:46 p.m. Monday - Roger James Coleman, 45, of 9 EMS D4 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for resisting law enforcement with the use of a vehicle. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:52 p.m. Monday - Vincent Michael Carnegie, 28, of 4961 S. Mallard Road, Mentone, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.

• 9:04 p.m. Monday - Cody Alexander Paine, 22, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony and two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $26,089.50.

• 9:43 p.m. Monday - Patrick Lee Waggoner, 31, of 503 Prairie Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of meth and two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,818.50.

• 12:46 a.m. today - Kenneth Lee Lasley Jr., 44, of 308 E. Williams St., Milford, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. Bond: $5,000.

• 2:49 a.m. today - Dawn Ranae Hernandez, 36, of 10364 S. CR 100W, Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear - misdemea nor. Bond: $465.

• 3 a.m. today - Maria Irene Blair, 39, of 203 S. Sycamore St., B, North Manchester, arrested for possession of a chemical reagent and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.

Personal Injury Accident

• 11:05 a.m. Sunday - East U.S. 30, 2,400 feet east of CR 900E, Pierceton. Car slid on wet roadway, overcorrected, slid into ditch and crashed into a fence. Driver: Jennifer L. Holt, 34, Columbia City. Injury: Holt, who is pregnant, complained of pain to the abdomen and was taken to the hospital for evaluation. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. • 10:14 a.m. Monday - An employee of Ace Pest Control Inc. in the 600 block of North Main Street, North Webster, reported damage to two vehicles and the theft of a car stereo and hand sprayer. Value: $60. NWPD.

• 9:05 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop was conducted in the 2100 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, for a driver with a suspended license. WPD.

• 4:01 a.m. today - An employee of Pak-A-Sak in the 2500 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw, reported a robbery with a deadly weapon and/or resulting in bodily injury. Taken were a pack of cigarettes and $100 in cash. Value: $110. KCSD.
