The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.

• 10:55 a.m. Friday – Byron Keith Parsons, 52, of Peru, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:51 p.m. Friday – Devon Pete Poe, 31, 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 1:56 p.m. Friday – Steven Kent Hart, 65, Kokomo, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $5,750.

• 2:34 p.m. Friday – James Patrick Maggert, 48, Three Rivers, Mich., arrested for failure to appear. Bond. $1,000.

• 2:40 p.m. Friday – Tiffany Lynn Fendley, 21, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. No bond listed.

• 5:23 p.m. Friday – James Marcus Elliott Jr., 40, 402 W. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear. No bond listed.

• 6:27 p.m. Friday – Steven James Burnworth, 18, 3169 W. Myrtle Glen Road, Silver Lake, arrested for theft, $750-$50,000. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:35 p.m. Friday – Carol Sue Ritterhouse, 63, 106 W. Wells St., Silver Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

Property Damage Accidents

• 3:30 a.m. Thursday – West U.S. 30, east of North CR 200W, near Warsaw, vehicle hit deer. Driver: Natik D. Gadzhiyev, 36, Charlotte, N.C. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 8:06 a.m. Thursday – East U.S. 30, west of South CR 900E, near Pierceton, vehicle hit deer. Driver: Vinoy K. Reddy Mandadi, 26, Columbia City. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 9:20 a.m. Friday – U.S. 30, east of East Old Road 30, a two-vehicle accident. Drivers: Charles E. Johnson, 75, Huntington; Hazim M. Elsayed Ibrahim, 45, Fort Wayne. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2 p.m. Thursday – Boat fell off a trailer in the 5400 block of East Backwater Road, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 9:18 p.m. Thursday – A report of harassment was reported in the 2600 block of West CR 200E, Warsaw. KCSD.
