The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 12:28 p.m. Thursday - Jasmine Marie Hunt, 25, of 309 W. Hillside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:51 p.m. Thursday - Trenton Allen Louis Troyer, 27, of 26083 CR 48, Nappanee, arrested for possession of meth and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:58 p.m. Thursday - Richard Ray Hendrickson Jr., 41, of 12810 S. CR 400E, North Manchester, arrested for theft. Bond: $1,500.

• 3:37 a.m. today - James Robert Hackworth, 44, of 920 Anchorage Road, #89, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.



Property Damage Accidents

• 7:36 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Stephanie I. Fisher, 47, South CR 900W, Claypool. Damage: $750-$1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:41 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and West Ind. 14, Silver Lake. Two-car collision. Drivers: Anna L. Frantz, 24, Rochester Boulevard, Rochester; Jessica S. Strevy, 45, Lincoln Highway, Bourbon. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.

• 9:20 a.m. Thursday - Lake City Highway, 10 feet east of Old 30, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Charles E. Johnston, 75, Huntington; Hazim Elsayed Ibrahim, 45, Fort Wayne. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 10:42 a.m. Wednesday - A theft and criminal mischief were reported in the 600 block of Walter Way, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:43 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 to .15. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 7:04 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Dollar General Store in the 700 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse, reported the theft of consumable good. All items were recovered at the scene. Value: $8. SPD.

• 8:42 p.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief to a vehicle was reported in the 600 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:55 a.m. Thursday - An RV hit a guy wire and was damaged in the 700 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:23 a.m. Thursday - A man reported finding a wallet in the 300 block of South Washington Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:53 p.m. Thursday - An unspecified offense was reported in the 200 block of East Pittsburgh Street, Syracuse. SPD.

• 3 p.m. Thursday - A fraud and forgery were reported in the 300 block of East Williams Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
