• 3:17 p.m. Wednesday - Christopher Lee Foster, 34, of 314 N. Main St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and OWI with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 and .15. Bond: $700.

• 7:58 p.m. Wednesday - Karen Gail Prater, 41, of 9464 S. Ind. 13, Claypool, arrested for escape and two counts of failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 8:11 p.m. Wednesday - Donald Eugene Kauffman, 52, of 109 E. Baltimore St., #1, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 8:31 p.m. Wednesday - Elizabeth Carol Maull, 37, of 47 S. Robinson Lake Road, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear - felony and probation violation - felony. No bond set.

• 9:02 p.m. Wednesday - Johnny Ray Greene, 55, of 5870 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $1,825.25.

• 11:03 p.m. Wednesday - Derek Michael Bruner, 29, of 5678 W. Shilling Road, Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.
