• 10:35 a.m. Tuesday - Amanda Lynette Dahman, 31, Kimmel, arrested for a probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:45 p.m. Tuesday - Jason Michael Clougher, 35, Carlisle, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $285.

• 2:39 p.m. Tuesday - Courtney Marie McGarvey, 21, of 304 N. Roosevelt St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 3:25 p.m. Tuesday - Jeffrey Lynn Amiss, 59, Carmel, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $600.

• 3:55 p.m. Tuesday - Edward Antle Sutton III, 36, Lapel, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond listed.

• 4:26 p.m. Tuesday - Ronald Richard Spaulding, 52, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for theft with a prior and eight counts of failure to pay. Bond: $8,061.

• 6:03 p.m. Tuesday - Rick Anthony Lupica, 48, of 636 Walter Way, Apt. H, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $200.

• 1:34 a.m. today - Javier Juarez, 18, of 920 Anchorage Road, #10, Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, residential entry, battery on law enforcement, battery, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct - noise. Bond: $5,250.

Personal Injury Accident

• 5:47 a.m. Tuesday - North Harper Road, 200 feet south of East CR 700N, Warsaw. Car left road and hit a tree. Driver: Diamond J. Dove, 19, West Old 30, Warsaw. Injury: Dove complained of arm and shoulder pain but refused to be taken to a hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents

• 8:27 a.m. Monday - West Henry Street, 10 feet south of North Dolan Street, Syracuse. Commercial truck hit a utility line, pulling it from a house. Driver: Larry M. Sickling, 56, Granger. Damage: Under $750. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 3:12 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Logan and West Prairie streets, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Alexis B. Hughes, 16, Poplar Street, Warsaw; Makayla D. Nellis, 17, East Lantern Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:49 p.m. Monday - Kings Highway, 10 feet west of Rupe Drive, Winona Lake. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Carol J. Emerick, 78, Jean Street, Winona Lake; Ian A. Steller, 38, South Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 5:23 p.m. Monday - A person threatening or attempting suicide was reported in the 800 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:40 p.m. Tuesday - A person threatening or attempting suicide in the 100 block of St. Augustines Drive, Warsaw, was taken to the Bowen Center. WPD.

• 3:07 p.m. Tuesday - A man in the 300 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw, was arrested on nine warrants. WPD.

• 3:12 p.m. Tuesday - A theft from a motor vehicle was reported in the 3300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Value: $50. WPD.
