    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by DP& P Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Agriculture District to an Commercial District, The Following Real Estate, located on the West side of SR 15 and North and South of Levi Lee Rd. Key Number 029-079-004 in Plain Township.

And Described As Follows. To Wit:

    Part of the West half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

    Commencing at a rail iron post found at the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes East (deed bearing), on and along the West line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 503.6 feet to a P.K. nail found at the point of intersection with the centerline of Country Club Road; thence South 57 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds East, on and along said centerline, a distance of 212.0 feet to the point of intersection with the centerline of an open ditch, said point being at the true point of beginning; thence continuing South 57 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds East, on and along said centerline, a distance of 176.0 feet to a P.K. nail found; thence South 60 degrees 37 minutes East, on and along said centerline, a distance of 100.0 feet to a P.K. nail found; thence South 66 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds East, on and along said centerline} a distance of 100.0 feet to a P.K. nail found; thence South 72 degrees 37 minutes East, on and along said centerline, a distance of 100.0 feet to a P.K. nail found; thence South 77 degrees 55 minutes 15 secol)ds East, on and along said centerline, a distance of 84.21 feet to a P.K. nail found; thence North 01 degree S9 minutes West, a distance of 347.0 feet to an iron pin found; thence South 88 degrees 11 minutes West, parallel to the North line of the West half of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 77.0 feet; thence North 82 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 344.66 feet to a point on the centerline of an open ditch; thence South 00 degrees 25 minutes West, on and along said centerline, a distance of 66.0 feet; thence South 33 degrees 46 minutes West, on and along said centerline, a distance of 46.0 feet; thence South 47 degrees 30 minutes West, on and along said centerline, a distance of 41.0 feet; thence South 34 degrees 12 minutes West, on and along said centerline, a distance of 33.0 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 2.930 acres of land, more or less.

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Commercial Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, November 7, 2018 At 1:00 P.M.
