Stackhouse For Trustee

It has come to my attention that there is some confusion about township surplus funds.
Some government entities have few unknowns as they figure their budgets. Townships have large unknowns. A large part of what townships are responsible for is poor relief. Its future demand is totally unknown. If a major employer was to cut a large number of jobs, the demand for poor relief would go through the roof.
The township trustees are responsible to fund poor relief even if their money runs out. People still remember the financial crisis Kosciusko County went through in 1984. The townships’ budgets are more unpredictable than our county’s budgets. We cannot predict future demands for poor relief. We must not repeat past mistakes.
Another major responsibility of townships is fire protection. If a fire truck is totaled, the insurance check would be for the old depreciated truck. The cost to buy a reliable truck could easily be over $1 million more than the insurance check.
Republican Jeanie Stackhouse has eight years of experience in the trustee’s office as an investigative clerk and she knows the responsibilities of all of the positions in the office. Republican Gordon Nash has been on the trustee advisory board over seven years. Republican Josh Spangle has been the trustee of Monroe Township.
Republican Jeanie Stackhouse is the only qualified candidate for Wayne Township trustee. Our team is the only qualified team for the Wayne Township trustee’s office.
Please join me in voting for the real Republicans, Republican Jeanie Stackhouse for Wayne Township trustee, and Republican Gordon Nash and Republican Josh Spangle for Wayne Township Advisory Board.
