Gospel Concert At Riverview Sunday

TIPPECANOE — Southern Raised of Branson, Mo., will be at Riverview Community Church at 6 p.m. Sunday.

Southern Raised is a group of award-winning siblings (three sisters and one brother) trained in classical music but raised in the bluegrass of the Ozark Mountains, creating the sound of classical meeting bluegrass. “You will hear Beethoven’s 5th like never before,” said Pastor Rod Ruberg.

Everyone is welcome to the gospel concert.  There is no charge for admission, but a love offering will be collected.

Community Meal Tuesday At Sacred Heart

A community meal will be offered in the Sacred Heart Church gym from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday.

This month’s meal will feature beef tacos with the fixin’s, chicken enchiladas, chips and salsa, fresh fruit and a variety of desserts. It is provided and served by Sacred Heart parishioners.  

There is no charge for the meal, and everyone is welcome.  Call 574-267-5842 with questions.



No Name Quartet Singing Oct. 21

Community Bible Church in Warsaw will welcome No Name Quartet Oct. 21.

The group will sing in the church’s 10:15 a.m. service.

Michael Wayne Smith will be in concert at 6 p.m. Sunday at Warsaw Family Worship Center.

Donations will be collected during an offering.

Chili Cook-off, Fall Fest Planned Saturday

Warsaw Family Worship Center is having its annual Chili Cook-Off and Fall Fest from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday

Park And Play Includes Classic Car Cruise-In

LEESBURG — A classic car cruise-in is part of the Fall Park and Play event Friday at Leesburg Grace Church.

Community members will cast their votes for best in show, with a cash prize of $100 going to the top vote getter.

The church will provide food, games, music and appearances from notable community vehicles such as the Warsaw STEM bus, Maple Leaf Duck Truck and farm equipment.

Park and Play will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday. Drivers can register their cars the day of the event.

Men’s Breakfast Saturday At Otterbein UMC

ATWOOD — A men's breakfast is planned for 7 a.m.  Saturday at Otterbein United Methodist Church.

Men are invited for food and fellowship. Freewill donations will be accepted.
