• 11:33 a.m. Tuesday - Colt S. Jefferson, 33, of 306 Fifteenth St., Winona Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.
• 11:58 a.m. Tuesday - Jessica Lynn Reed, 38, of 2123 E. Hendricks St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.
• 1:52 p.m. Tuesday - Chadd Lee Shumaker, 36, of 113 S. Wood St., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy, driving while suspended with a prior and battery. Bond: $2,500.

Servin, 40, West Catherine Street, Milford. Injury: Killian complained of pain to the chest and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Neeley and damaged metal siding of home at 419 N. Washington St., Warsaw, owned by Delwin Keener. Driver: Steven M. Wilcoxson, 64, South CR 700E, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000.
