• 12:55 p.m. Monday - Shannon Renee Sherman, 35, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $535.

• 3:26 p.m. Monday - Johnny Gomez, 52, of 3762 W. Old 30, #618, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:16 p.m. Monday - Dustin Wayne Hecht, 38, of 1725 N. CR 300W, Rochester, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $677.50.

• 4:22 p.m. Monday - Michelle Lynn Fulton, 33, homeless, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor, criminal trespass and on a warrant for an Indiana agency. Bond: $1,008.

• 5:19 p.m. Monday - Jessica Lynn Reed, 38, of 2123 E. Hendricks St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony, possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of meth. No bond set.

• 5:48 p.m. Monday - Amanda Lynette Dahman, 30, Kimmel, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 6:48 p.m. Monday - Aaron Kaylan Case, 23, of 221 S. High St., Apt. 6F, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $440.

• 8:11 p.m. Monday - Taylor Edward Cassel, 19, of 701 E. Center St., #7, Warsaw, arrested for failure to stop after an accident involving bodily injury. Bond: $500.

• 8:44 p.m. Monday - Amber Rose Booher, 33, of 6838 E. CR 600N, North Webster, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $698.

• 11:42 p.m. Monday - Christopher Gilbert Baga, 26, of 704 N. Ind. 19, Akron, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $1,214.63.

• 12:11 a.m. today - Brandon Charles Kelly, 34, of 3648 E. CR 500S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $596.



Personal Injury Accident

• 8:20 p.m. Friday - West CR 1350N, 32 feet east of North CR 600W, Nappanee. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Silvestre Trujillo Jr., 51, South James Street, Milford; Cynthia J. Beehler, 53, North Nappanee Street, Nappanee. Injuries: Two passengers in Trujillo’s SUV, Silvestre Trujillo, 14, and Day Avara, 10, both of South James Street, Milford, complained of head pain and were taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 8:04 p.m. Friday - North Ind. 19, 400 feet north of West CR 650N, Etna Green. Car hit deer. Driver: Michael C. Damron, 25, North Walnut Street, Etna Green. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 1:10 a.m. Saturday - South Ind. 25, 300 feet south of South CR 600W, Mentone. Car went off road, slid sideways and hit a highway sign and then a utility pole. Driver: Kalaya M. Williams, 18, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 12:58 p.m. Sunday - 624 N. Main St., North Webster. Pickup hit parked car; registration information not listed. Driver: Lori A. Kleinhen, 58, North Main Street, North Webster. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 2:53 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Market Street, Warsaw. Truck-pickup collision. Drivers: Jeffrey K. Dormire, 60, East High Street, Etna Green; Anthony E. Hyden, 67, East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:04 a.m. Friday - A person reported shots fired in the 7000 block of South CR 1000W, Claypool. KCSD.

• 9:09 p.m. Friday - A person who stopped driving was investigated for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and was found to be in possession of marijuana in the 2200 block of East Pierceton Road, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 8:52 p.m. Saturday - A Syracuse Police Department officer investigated a person operating a motor vehicle while under the influence in the 100 block of West Railroad Avenue, Syracuse.

• 6:17 p.m. Sunday - A battery in the presence of a child under 16 was reported in the 500 block of Railside Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:07 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested on a warrant and for OWI in the 100 block of Sixth Street, Winona Lake. WLPD.

• 9:30 p.m. Sunday - Persons were arrested for possession of marijuana in the 3100 block of East Wooster Road, Pierceton. WLPD.

• 9:38 p.m. Sunday - A reckless driver was reported in the 4400 block of East CR 450N, Leesburg. KCSD.

• 1:02 p.m. Monday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of South Washington Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:31 p.m. Monday - An incident of intimidation was reported in the 400 block of West Pike Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:41 p.m. Monday - A person reported a woman was trespassing in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. The person was arrested on a warrant and for trespassing. WPD.

• 4:18 p.m. Monday - A person in the 2400 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, was arrested on a warrant and for possession of meth. WPD.

• 5:13 p.m. Monday - An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported the theft of soda, potato chip dip and chicken. Value: $14.94. WPD.
