• 2:24 a.m. Thursday - Jacob Allen Pollard, 30, of 3259 W. Wilson Ave., Silver Lake, arrested for failure to pay and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,549.

• 9:28 a.m. Thursday - Elizabeth Jean Kemper, 27, of 8112 E. CR 850N, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,750.

• 9:44 a.m. Thursday - Mario Arturo Gonzalez, 27, of 704 South Side Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $185.

• 1:42 p.m. Thursday - Ashlee Nicole Russell, 23, of 730 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 5:27 p.m. Thursday - Jeremy D. Mabie, 37, of 223 W. Jefferson St., #10, Warsaw, arrested for obstruction of justice, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor and possession of meth. Bond: $10,500.

• 3:02 p.m. Wednesday - An auto theft was reported in the 100 block of Warner Drive, Claypool, and the vehicle was found. A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and driving while suspended with a prior. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 3:37 p.m. Wednesday - A boat was reported stolen over the last couple of weeks in the 12100 block of North Basin Street, Cromwell. Value: $750. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 6:11 p.m. Wednesday - A violation of a protective order was reported in the 200 block of North Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:05 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested in the 500 block of Railside Drive, Syracuse, for possession of drugs. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 12:48 a.m. Thursday - A woman reported a fraud in the 4300 block of North Old 15, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 4:01 a.m. Thursday - Theft of a phone was reported in the 100 block of West State Street, Etna Green. Value: $750. KCSD.

• 10:12 a.m. Thursday - Vandalism to a building was reported in the 300 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. Damage: $500. WPD.

• 10:19 a.m. Thursday - An attempted fraud was reported in the 700 block of Biscayne Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:04 p.m. Thursday - Identity theft was reported in the 2300 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:54 p.m. Thursday - A man was arrested on a warrant in the 200 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:02 p.m. Thursday - A man reported the theft of a license plate from a trailer in the 4700 block of East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Value: $100. KCSD.

• 5:43 p.m. Thursday - A domestic incident was reported in the 2400 block of West CR 250S, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 9:16 p.m. Thursday - A person reported a cat was thrown into a retention pond in the 9400 block of North Ind. 19, Etna Green. KCSD.

• 9:44 p.m. Thursday - The theft of two bicycles was reported in the 600 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:03 a.m. today - A juvenile runaway was reported in the 100 block of EMS C23 Lane, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 8:09 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of South Zimmer Road and West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Omar Hernandez, 17, West CR 250S, Warsaw; Deborah A. Chalk, 61, River Road Extended, North Manchester. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 1:41 p.m. Thursday - West CR 1350N, 700 feet west of North CR 500W, Nappanee. Horse pulling a buggy owned by Carl D. Schmucker, West CR 1350N, Nappanee, got spooked and ran into a pickup.  Driver: Stephen T. Conrad, 68, North Southshore Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSD.

• 5:20 p.m. Thursday - East Market Street, 500 feet west of South Wood Street, Warsaw. Car hit parked car registered to Derric C. Kauffman, West Snyder Road, Warsaw. Driver: Linda L. Hathaway, 76, Bryan, Ohio. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
