• 12:33 p.m. Tuesday - Christine Marie Bennett, 32, of 4190 S. CR 500E, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor, probation violation - felony and theft. No bond set.

• 12:39 p.m. Tuesday - Zarre Andrew Fitzpatrick, 21, of 316 S. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $285.50.

• 1:02 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Patrick Nowostawski, 38, Peru, Ind., arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 1:32 p.m. Tuesday - Evan Maurice Curry, 29, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 1:44 p.m. Tuesday - Steven Charles Peltz Jr., 38, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 4:42 p.m. Tuesday - David William Akridge, 26, of 6127 N. CR 950E, North Webster, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:58 p.m. Tuesday - Acacia Jade Frye, 23, of 4698 E. Country Cove Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:18 p.m. Tuesday - Eric Michael Sasso, 26, of 942 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 10:40 p.m. Tuesday - Ashley Ann Gerber, 24, of 415 Kincaide St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:54 a.m. today - Corey Michael Dains, 35, South Bend, arrested for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor and possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:34 p.m. Monday - 756 S. Main St., North Webster. Car hit flagpole. Driver: Galen D. Close, 69, North Blaine Street, North Webster. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 8:46 a.m. Tuesday - 1606 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. Unknown driver/vehicle struck a parked car registered to Candace M. Mort, South CR 400W, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:40 a.m. Tuesday - Kings Highway, 107 feet west of First Street, Winona Lake. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Thelma J. Potter, 73, South Village Street, Pierceton; Coyle D. Kreft, 23, 17B Road, Tippecanoe. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 2:56 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Center and North Main streets, Sidney. Trailer came unhitched from pickup and hit parked car registered to Kelsey R. Lotz, Urbana. Driver: Roberto A. Ramos, 56, Elkhart. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 4:21 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 25 and South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Donavon L. Plank, 65, West CR 950S, Silver Lake; Jose D. Rosa, 38, Bluebird Drive, Warsaw. Rosa was cited for not having a valid driver’s license. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 1:58 p.m. Monday - A woman in the 1500 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw, reported someone forced her front door open. Damage: $100. WPD.

• 3:32 p.m. Monday - A residential entry was reported in the 100 block of EMS B59 Lane, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 4:25 p.m. Monday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 200 block of East Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 5 p.m. Monday - Intimidation was reported in the 6700 block of West CR 100N, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 9:54 p.m. Monday - A woman in the 100 block of South Morton Street, North Webster, reported being battered. NWPD.

• 8:20 a.m. Tuesday - A man reported damage to a vehicle caused by another vehicle in the 2200 block of North CR 875W, Etna Green. KCSD.

• 8:46 a.m. Tuesday - A hit-skip accident was reported in the 1600 block of Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:36 a.m. Tuesday - An employee of Tippecanoe Valley Schools in the 8300 block of South Ind. 19, Akron, reported a student vaping. KCSD.

• 10:04 a.m. Tuesday - An employee of Tippecanoe Valley Schools in the 8300 block of South Ind. 19, Akron, reported a student brought a vaping device to school. KCSD.

• 10:16 a.m. Tuesday - An employee of Tippecanoe Valley Schools in the 300 block of East Jackson Street, Mentone, reported a student refused to go to school. KCSD.

• Noon Tuesday - An auto theft was reported in the 3300 block of Old Colony Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:56 p.m. Tuesday - A theft was reported in the 100 block of EMS B48A Lane, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 4:01 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended in the 400 block of North Harrison Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:37 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested on a warrant in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:32 p.m. Tuesday - A woman reported a custody issue in the 100 block of EMS B61 Lane, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 7:01 p.m. Tuesday - A caller to The Papers, in the 200 block of South Main Street, Milford, made threats to a reporter who posted photographs of a crash scene and demanded that the images be taken down. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 8:17 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior in the 100 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
