• 11:42 a.m. Monday - Michael Lynn Losher III, 37, of 501 Kinwood Drive, Milford, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 3:12 p.m. Monday - Cherokee Dorinda Rose Sizemore, 37, of 402 E. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.

• 3:56 p.m. Monday - Joshua Terry Smith, 31, of 1832 Cambridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor and two counts of failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.

• 5:40 p.m. Monday - Daniel Islas, 33, of 405 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 8:30 p.m. Monday - Matthew Earl Manns, 32, of 110 Warner Drive, Claypool, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 9:30 p.m. Monday - Jeffery Allen Hutcherson, 58, of 277 E. Burkhart Drive, Warsaw, arrested for burglary. Bond: $12,500.

Personal Injury Accidents

• 6:50 a.m. Friday - East Old 30, 300 feet west of North CR 300E, Warsaw. Car collided with Kosciusko County Highway Department truck. Drivers: Charlie R. Henson, 76, North CR 650E, Warsaw; Ryan C. Bruner, 28, Birch Road, Tippecanoe. Injury: Henson had minor bleeding to both arms and his right lower leg and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 11:53 a.m. Monday - South CR 400E, 500 feet south of East Ind. 14, Claypool. Car went off road, hit a mailbox, continued on with the driver overcorrecting. The vehicle left the road again, hitting a hole in a ditch which caused the car to roll over onto its roof. Driver: Delaney B. Ray, 21, East Ind. 14, Claypool. Injury: Ray complained of pain to the head and had minor scrapes to the upper right leg and was taken to KCH. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 3:20 a.m. Saturday - A property damage accident was reported in the 700 block of South Mill Street, North Webster. The vehicle left the road and entered a swimming pool. The driver fled the scene. KCSD.

• 9:17 p.m. Saturday - Two persons were arrested for possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and paraphernalia in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 2:25 a.m. Sunday - The theft of a dog was reported in the 200 block of Auditorium Boulevard, Winona Lake. Value: $50. WLPD.

• 5:09 a.m. Sunday - A burglary and theft were reported in the 100 block of South Etna Street, Etna Green. Items taken included a shirt, boots, graduation gown, a television, multiple household goods, a license plate and a cellphone. Value: $1,195. KCSD.
