• 3:12 p.m. Monday - Cherokee Dorinda Rose Sizemore, 37, of 402 E. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.
• 3:56 p.m. Monday - Joshua Terry Smith, 31, of 1832 Cambridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor and two counts of failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.
• 5:40 p.m. Monday - Daniel Islas, 33, of 405 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

Personal Injury Accidents
• 6:50 a.m. Friday - East Old 30, 300 feet west of North CR 300E, Warsaw. Car collided with Kosciusko County Highway Department truck. Drivers: Charlie R. Henson, 76, North CR 650E, Warsaw; Ryan C. Bruner, 28, Birch Road, Tippecanoe. Injury: Henson had minor bleeding to both arms and his right lower leg and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 11:53 a.m. Monday - South CR 400E, 500 feet south of East Ind. 14, Claypool. Car went off road, hit a mailbox, continued on with the driver overcorrecting. The vehicle left the road again, hitting a hole in a ditch which caused the car to roll over onto its roof. Driver: Delaney B. Ray, 21, East Ind. 14, Claypool. Injury: Ray complained of pain to the head and had minor scrapes to the upper right leg and was taken to KCH. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
