The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 1 a.m. Thursday – Savannah Elizabeth Harville, 21, Wabash, arrested in the 1000 block of South Zimmer Road for possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:01 p.m. Thursday – Tracy G. Miller, 42, of 1746 E. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for theft. No bond listed.

• 12:13 p.m. Thursday – William Linley McNees, 49, of 504 Hitzler St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation, possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:19 p.m. Thursday – Paul Andrew Ruckman, 34, of 4980 E. CR 900S. Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $500.

• 8:26 p.m. Thursday – Brandon John Bullington, 24, of 202 S. Herendeen St., Silver Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving while suspended with a prior and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $700.

• 9:16 p.m. Thursday – Jamie L. Nichter, 40, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, #52, Warsaw, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $600.

• 9:52 p.m. Thursday – Bradley Victor Waikel, 29, of 12539 N. CR 300E, Syracuse, arrested for a felony probation violation. No bond listed.
