The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 11:50 a.m. Monday – Cody Lee Kirkwood, 33, Anderson, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

• 5:45 p.m. Monday – Cheryl Lynn Steele, 43, Morocco, Ind., arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 5:51 p.m. Monday – David Lee Hyde, 52, of 665 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for theft, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. Bond: $5,200.

• 6:54 p.m. Monday – Alexandra Joan Pool, 19, Sturgis, Mich., arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 7:06 p.m. – Britany Loetz, 24, Sturgis, Mich., arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 7:36 p.m. Monday – Joshua Brant Hawthorne, 38, of 920 Anchorage Road, #97, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $500.

• 2:39 a.m. today – Ambrotin Lee Arnold, 41, of 3750 Lake City Highway, #5, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a controlled substance, meth, and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,200.

• 2:53 a.m. today – Veronica Renee Arnold, 36, of 526 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a controlled substance, meth, possession of paraphernalia, false informing and criminal mischief. Bond: $5,700.

Property Damage Accidents

• 5:15 a.m. Sunday – North Ind. 15, north of Levi  Lee Road, near Warsaw. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Frederick Sumpter, 61, East CR 300N, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 11:36 a.m. Sunday – North CR 300N, south of Rookstool Road, near Mentone. Two-vehicle accident.  Drivers: Eleanor Schupra, 59, Canton, Mich.; Amanda B. White, 38, EMS D21 D1 Lane, Syracuse. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

• 8:04 a.m. Monday – West CR 900N east of North CR 425W, near Milford. Vehicle struck utility pole. Driver: Kelly E. Schneider, 51, Bremen. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 5:13 p.m. Monday – Parking lot of Lassus gas station, North Ind. 13, near North Webster. Two-vehicle accident. Drivers: Thomas R. Reed,  51, Kimmell; Eric E. Bowman, 41, East South Barbee Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 10:37 a.m. Sunday – Pigs running loose in the 8400 block of West CR 900S, near Akron, was reported. KCSD.

• 2:34 p.m. Sunday – Burglary of $200 in cash and a checkbook was reported in the 12600 block of Ind. 13 near North Manchester.  KCSD.

• 4:07 p.m. Sunday – Shoplifting was reported at Walmart, 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Value: $27. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11 p.m. Sunday – A car was reported stolen in the 1200 block of U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:42 a.m. Monday – A drug warrant was served in the 700 block of East Center Street, Warsaw.

• 11:42 p.m. Monday – Public indecency was reported in the 300 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:41 p.m. Monday – Narcotics were recovered from inside a phone at Discount Warehouse of Warsaw, 500 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:36 p.m. Monday – Theft of shirts, knives, hats and socks was reported at Big R in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Value: $160. WPD.

• 3:43 p.m. Monday –  Theft of food, books, bras, scrubs and other merchandise was reported at Walmart, 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Estimated value: $440. WPD.

• 4:15 Monday – Domestic battery was reported in the 2200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:48 p.m. – Theft and drug possession were reported at Big R in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
