The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 8:41 p.m. Friday – Kameron Lee Akers, 26, of 15207 E. CR 300S, Akron, arrested in the 100 block of North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake, for possession of counterfeited substances. No bond listed.

• 12:38 a.m. Saturday – Scott Allen Whitaker, 33, of 501 N. Sycamore St., North Manchester, arrested in the 12400 block of South Ind. 13, North Manchester, for criminal mischief and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.

• 1:50 a.m. Saturday – Brittany Kay Sandberg, 31, of 499 Clinic St., Warsaw, was arrested at her home for domestic battery and failure to appear. Bond: $6,000.

• 8:35 p.m. Saturday – Heather Jean Fountain, 27, of 944 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, was arrested in the 6600 block of Old U.S. 30, Pierceton, for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:02 a.m. Sunday – Ryand Michael Abreu-Torres, 20, of 2206 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, was arrested in the 900 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, for minor in possession. Bond: $405.

• 2:22 a.m. Sunday – Emmanuel Gonzalez-Santiago, 31, of 1306 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, was arrested in the 1800 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 10:19 a.m. Sunday – Teresa Marie Kneller, 40, of 408 N. Elm St., Silver Lake, arrested for OWI. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:01 p.m. Sunday – Jeri Sue Pruitt, 45, of 1234 E. Wellington Drive, Warsaw, was arrested for theft in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Bond: $600.

• 1 a.m. today – Arissa Ann Caudill, 24, of 1518 Rosemont Ave., Warsaw, was arrested at the corner of South Buffalo and Prairie Streets for OWI with endangerment. Bond: $700.

• 2:38 a.m. today – William Michael O’Mara, 58, of 116814 N. McCulloch Road, Syracuse, was arrested on Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse, for OWI, OWI with a prior and a habitual traffic violator offense. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:51 a.m. today – Colleen Marie Quinn, 34, of 113 Mineral Springs Ave., Winona Lake, was arrested at the intersection of Reed and Center streets for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana/hash oil or hashish) and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 3:50 a.m. today – Jacob Daniel King, 21, of 504 E. Fort Wayne St., #3, Warsaw, arrested at the intersection of Reed and Center streets for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana/hash oil or hashish), possession of paraphernalia and failure to appear. Bond: $600.

Personal Injury Accidents

• 12:12 a.m. Friday – Executive Drive, 300 feet east of North CR 150W, Warsaw. SUV left road struck a tree. Driver: Auston L. Owens, 21, North Main Street, Claypool. Owens complained of chest pain and was treated at the scene. Damage: $10,001-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:47 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of North Harrison and East Center streets, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Paula J. Scholl, 58, South Raspberry Court, Warsaw; Joe Sanchez, 48, Converse. A passenger in the Sanchez vehicle, Lena Sanchez, 45, East Sheridan Street, Warsaw, stated that she thought she had whiplash, and would go to the hospital if pain continued. Scholl said she had recently been released from the hospital after being treated for high blood pressure, and medics reported her BP was elevated. Damage: $1,001-$2,500. WPD.

• 9:37 p.m. Sunday – South Buffalo at Prairie streets, Warsaw. SUV rollover. Driver: Arissa A. Caudill, 24, Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw. Caudill was taken to a hospital complaining of pain to the hip/upper leg area. Property damage was reported to Planned Parenthood and Hydro-Spray, both in the 600 block of South Buffalo Street. Damage: $5,001-$10,000. WPD

• 9:38 a.m. Friday – U.S. 30 at Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Car/pickup truck collision. Drivers: Renee Kazanecki, 60, Plymouth; William Moore, 38, Hepler Driver, Warsaw. Damage: $5,001-$10,000. WPD.

• 4:28 p.m. Saturday – Old U.S. 30 at South CR 250E, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Brody J. Evans, 17, Ind. 331, Tippecanoe; Gregory S. Cosner, 59, West Orange Street, Cromwell. Damage: $2,501-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 7:58 p.m. Sunday – Ind. 13, 75 feet south of Crystal Flash Road, North Webster. Two-car collision. Drivers: Neale R. Habeggar, 69, East North Road, Syracuse; Cody J. Patterson, 32, North Ward Road, North Webster. Damage: $2,501-$5,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 2:22 p.m. Friday – A pickup truck reported stolen from Wabash County was recovered in the 300 block of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:30 p.m. Saturday – A person reported being bitten by a dog in the 8000 block of Harper Road, Leesburg. KCSD.

• 6:46 p.m. Saturday – A person reported being battered and injured in the 6900 block of May Lane, Leesburg. KCSD.

• 11:35 p.m. Saturday – A disturbance was reported in the 3100 block of Country Club Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 5:34 p.m. Sunday – A person reported being strangled in the 1800 block of Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 7:04 p.m. Sunday – A suicide attempt was reported in the 1500 block of Provident Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
