• 3:43 p.m. Wednesday - Nikoda Lynn Neff, 29, homeless, Elkhart, arrested for fraud on a financial institution and domestic battery. Bond: $16,250.

• 3:54 p.m. Wednesday - Wade Emerson Starkey Sr., 53, of 5358 E. Washington Road, Pierceton, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.

• 5:07 p.m. Wednesday - Sarah Elizabeth Elder, 39, of 1363 S. CR 450E, Pierceton, arrested for credit card fraud and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $10,500.

• 9:50 p.m. Wednesday - Sara Lynn Brettell, 25, of 1632 W. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.

• 9:50 p.m. Wednesday - Logan Kelly Anderson, 18, of 2161 E. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for theft and false informing/reporting. Bond: $600.

• 11:02 p.m. Wednesday - John Edgar Craig Jr., 34, of 704 N. Ind. 19, Etna Green, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:46 a.m. Thursday - Joshua James Warren, 31, of 680 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery, battery and strangulation. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:12 a.m. today - Bryan W. Cromas, 48, Elkhart, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Personal Injury Accidents

• 6:02 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Commerce Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit pedestrian Wendy Coulstring, 55, Lake City Highway, Warsaw, who was then hit by at least one other car. Drivers: Elizabeth McCullough, 32, Peru, Ind.; Edward A. Cochran, 53, South Main Lane, Pierceton. Injury: Coulstring suffered multiple injuries to her body and was pronounced dead at the scene. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:12 a.m. today - Executive Drive, 300 feet east of North CR 150W, Warsaw. SUV ran over curb on the median and hit a tree. Driver: Austin J. Owens, 21, North Main Street, Claypool. Injury: Owens complained of chest pain and was treated at the scene and released. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 11:39 a.m. Wednesday - A person threatening or attempting suicide was reported in the 300 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:06 p.m. Wednesday - An accident involving a train and a pedestrian was reported in the 400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:02 p.m. Wednesday - A hit-skip accident involving the death of a pedestrian was reported in the 3600 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:22 p.m. Wednesday - Theft of a cellphone from a vehicle was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Value: $962.99. WPD.

• 10:17 p.m. Wednesday - A death was reported in the 200 block of EMS T13 Lane, Leesburg. KCSD.

• 1:11 a.m. Thursday - A traffic stop was conducted in the 1400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, and the investigating officer learned the driver had never received a license. KCSD.

• 11 a.m. Thursday - A person reported an out-of-control juvenile caused extensive damage to a house in the 300 block of East Williams Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
