Emily Joy Martin was born at 3:17 a.m. today, Nov. 19, 2018, in Blessed Beginnings Care Center, Nappanee. She weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces, and measured 18½ inches.

Grandparents are Dorvin and Karen Shaum and Larry and Donna Martin.

Emily is the couple’s first child.
