The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 11:55 a.m. Friday – William Joseph Camp, 42, of 765 S. Waxwing Lane, Warsaw, arrested for communication harassment. Bond: $500.

• 1 p.m. Friday – Calvin Eugene Klumpp, 47, of 7503 W. CR 900S, Claypool, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:30 p.m. Friday – Michael George Fitch Jr., 44, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 1:15 p.m. Friday – Curtis Allen Walburn, 31, of 427 E. CR 1150N, #19, Milford, arrested for failure to appear. No bond.

• 1:57 p.m. Friday – Nicholas Allen Watson, 39, Ligonier, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:22 p.m. Friday – Mark Duane Smith, 49, of 536 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal possession of a synthetic drug. Bond: $600

• 5:12 p.m. Friday – Molly Elizabeth Rowe, 41, Elkhart, held for court. No bond set.

Personal Injury Accident

• 12:04 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of North CR 850E and East Kohler Road, near Syracuse. Car in a ditch. Driver: Mercedes Pena, 52, Camelot Lane, Cromwell. She expressed concern over a headache and was taken to a hospital. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents

• 6:47 a.m. Thursday – East U.S. 30, east of East Van Ness Road, Warsaw. Vehicle lost control on icy road, spun into ditch. Driver: Piedad Pena, 50, South Ferguson Road, Warsaw. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSD.

• 7:43 a.m. Thursday – Driver hit parked car in the parking lot of Miller’s Merry Manor, County Farm Road, Warsaw. Driver: Gregory J. Hand, 44, East Willis Park Drive, North Webster. Parked car registered to Daniel R. Sneed, Greentown. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 7:59 a.m. Thursday – East U.S. 30, west of CR 900E, near Pierceton. Driver lost control on slick road, landed in a ditch. Driver: Frank De La O, Columbia City. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSD.

• 9:08 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of North CR 200E and East CR 900N, near Milford, a one-vehicle accident. Car struck iron gate at Salem Cemetery. Driver:  Adam R. Allen, 19, 404 West Section St., Milford. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 9:15 a.m. Thursday – Ind. 13 north of east CR 1150S, near North Manchester. Driver lost control, struck guardrail. Driver: Ya Ker, 20, Fort Wayne. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

• 10:46 a.m. Thursday – East Wawasee Drive, south of CR 1250N, near Cromwell. Vehicle slid off road. Driver: Samantha J. Schmucker, 35,North Beau Peep Lane, Cromwell. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 12:04 p.m .Thursday – South County Farm Road, south of Hoppus Road, near Warsaw. Driver lost control in slick conditions, struck a fence. Driver: Bradley A. Johnson, 46, East CR 700S, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
