• 9:48 p.m. Friday - Darian Leigh Green, 22, of 545 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 10:50 p.m. Friday - Todd Allen Nash, 49, of 310 W. Boston St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated endangering the lives of others. Bond: $700.

• 11:36 p.m. Friday - Matthew Charles Swihart, 46, of 1232 W. CR 1200S, Silver Lake, arrested for OWI and OWI endangering the lives of others. Bond: $700.

• 11:31 p.m. Saturday - Kevin Daniel Gibson, 32, of 1662 N. CR 350W, Warsaw, arrested for burglary and five counts of failure to appear. No bond set.

• 11:41 p.m. Saturday - Josie Lynn Hoppus, 22, of 316 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and failure to appear. Bond: $10,500.

• 4:20 p.m. Sunday - Takayla M. Slater, 24, of 5935 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy and revocation of bond. No bond set.

• 7:53 p.m. Sunday - Bruce Lee Kintzel, 27, of 2057 S. Julian Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 9:06 p.m. Sunday - Latasha Sue Ibarra, 26, of 3457 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:45 a.m. today - Brandon Lynn Taylor, 28, of 9632 E. Genesee Lane, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear, driving while suspended with a prior, reckless driving, leaving the scene of a property damage crash and two counts of resisting law enforcement. No bond set.

• 3:21 p.m. Friday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and Arnolt Drive, Warsaw. Four-vehicle collision; one SUV fled the scene. Drivers remaining: Kaitlyn M. Gambill, 23, Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw; Adriana R. Hernandez, 26, South CR 325E, Warsaw; Paul D. Hodge, 53, Columbia City. Injuries: Gambill complained of left shoulder pain but was not taken to the hospital; Hernandez complained of head pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Injury: Lloyd was checked out for injuries at her request. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
