The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 1:16 p.m. Thursday - Jennifer Lynn Salyers, 31, Woodburn, arrested for criminal recklessness. Bond: $500.

• 1:50 p.m. Thursday - Tristan Michael Bailey, 35, Michigan City, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 4:19 p.m. Thursday - Derrick Scott Gasaway, 27, of 4335 E. CR 725S, Warsaw, arrested for forgery - counterfeiting. Bond: $5,750.

• 5:25 p.m. Thursday - Bambi Deeann Baier, 56, of 1 EMS B37 Lane, 8B, Warsaw, arrested for communication harassment. Bond: $600.

• 9:33 p.m. Thursday - James Douglas Stambaugh, 45, of 5236 E. Washington Road, Pierceton, arrested for resisting law enforcement, failure to appear, three counts of invasion of privacy and stalking violations. Bond: $34,000.

• 10:15 p.m. Thursday - Trenton Clifton Bowers, 37, Huntington, arrested on two counts of arson of a dwelling and stalking violations. Bond: $15,250.

• 11:18 p.m. Thursday - Deanna Rae Morgan, 31, of 820 Roosevelt St., Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Personal Injury Accident

• 1:11 p.m. Thursday - 2495 Jalynn St., Warsaw. SUV hit parked pickup registered to the town of Milford, South Main Street, Milford; then hit parked van registered to Alden R. Stuckman, East Hammond Road, Syracuse; then hit parked pickup registered to Byron D. Hahn, Briarwood Drive, North Manchester, causing the pickup to hit another parked pickup registered to Stuckman. At some point during the accident a piece of vertical gutter belonging to Lowe’s, Jalynn Street, Warsaw, was knocked off the building. Driver: Susan K. Wert, 56, North CR 825E, Mentone. Injury: Wert complained of pain to the abdomen and pelvis areas and was taken to a hospital but she could not recall what happened. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:03 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of East Center and North Hickory streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Peggy E. Fitzpatrick, 66, East CR 800S, Claypool; Claudia F. Johnson, 60, Fort Wayne. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 3:12 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of Fisher Avenue and Herscher Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Heather L. Scherer, 40, Columbia City; Lori A. Miller, 44, Woodlawn Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 6:38 p.m. Thursday - 777 N. Parker St., Warsaw. Car hit parked SUV registered to Lindsay M. Senders, 32, East Market Street, Warsaw. Driver: Kaitlyn M. Kubley, 28, Rozella Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 4 a.m. Thursday - A person possessing methamphetamine and paraphernalia was reported in the 200 block of Canterbury Lane, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:10 a.m. Thursday - A battery involving a knife was reported in the 2100 block of South CR 75E, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 1:11 p.m. Thursday - A person operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was investigated after an accident in the 2400 block of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:14 p.m. Thursday - A domestic battery was reported in the 200 block of North Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:31 p.m. Thursday - A man was arrested for resisting and fleeing law enforcement and on five warrants in the 1500 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:01 p.m. Thursday - The theft of cash was reported in the 100 block of South Main Street, Leesburg. Loss: $602. KCSD.

• 8:56 p.m. Thursday - An employee of Dollar General Store in the 6700 block of North Ind. 13, North Webster, reported someone used counterfeit money to pay for goods. KCSD.

• 9:26 p.m. Thursday - A theft was reported in the 7800 block of West Lovetts Lane, Warsaw. Taken were computer hardware and software, cash, household goods and a television. Value: $2,025. KCSD.

• 11:12 p.m. Thursday - A person in the 3400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license. WPD.
