The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 1:40 p.m. Wednesday - Adam Robert Allen, 19, of 404 W. Section St., Milford, arrested on six counts of fraud, theft, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct - noise. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:09 p.m. Wednesday - Frances Helen Trolinger, 34, Fort Wayne, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:14 p.m. Wednesday - Shanice Lanae Logan, 27, of 408 E. 9th St., North Manchester, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration of at least .15. Bond: $700.

• 4:16 p.m. Wednesday - Acacia Jade Frye, 24, of 4698 E. Country Cove Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:52 p.m. Wednesday - Debora Ann Harmon, 57, of 1 EMS B37 Lane, #113S, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.

• 2:22 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Van-SUV collision. Drivers: Ardith L. Sullenger, 64, Wakarusa; Damien D. Howard, 19, East Center Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Sullenger complained of chest pain, Howard complained of right knee pain but both refused medical treatment. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:14 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Ind. 13 and East CR 1000N, Syracuse. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Robert W. Hall, 79, Granger. Injury: Hall complained of pain to his hand. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 8:43 a.m. Wednesday - 107 W. Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. Car hit pedestrian. Driver: Martin W. Newcomb, 69, North Koher Road East, Syracuse. Injury: Pedestrian Warren L. Bess, 70, North Warner Road, Syracuse, complained of pain to the knee and lower leg. Damage: Under $750. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 7:20 a.m. Tuesday - South Zimmer Road, 300 feet north of White Industrial Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Catherine J. Rhein, 36, North Sunset Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 8:45 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Center and North Parker streets, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Nicholas J. Lawrence, 35, East Evergreen Drive, Warsaw; Jerry L. Henline, 57, South East Ridge Drive North, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 1:28 p.m. Tuesday - An unspecified offense was reported in the 800 block of North Huntington Street, Syracuse. SPD.

• 5:30 p.m. Tuesday - A man was arrested for interfering with a drug screening in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:03 p.m. Tuesday - A person in the 300 block of West CR 350N, Warsaw, was found to have a warrant out for their arrest and was taken into custody. WPD.

• 6:37 p.m. Tuesday - A woman in the 700 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw, was arrested on a warrant. WPD.

• 8:15 p.m. Tuesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 500 block of Meadow View Drive, Syracuse. SPD.

• 9:58 p.m. Tuesday - A runaway juvenile was reported in the 300 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:09 p.m. Tuesday - A trash can fire was reported in the 500 block of West Perry Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:52 p.m. Tuesday - WPD officers assisted another agency in the 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:47 a.m. Wednesday - A man walking in the area of Ulrich Drive and North Ind. 15 who had a warrant out for his arrest was reported. An officer took the man into custody. Milford Police Department.

• 7:17 a.m. Wednesday - A woman reported the theft of two gym bags and a backpack taken from her vehicle overnight in the 400 block of North West Street, Warsaw. Value: $50. WPD.

• 9:14 a.m. Wednesday - A vehicle was reported stolen in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. Value: $5,000. KCSD.

• 10:17 a.m. Wednesday - Theft of computer hardware and software and criminal mischief were reported in the 100 block of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. Value: $200. WPD.

• 11:26 a.m. Wednesday - A man in the 200 block of West Jefferson Street, Warsaw, threatened suicide and was taken to Parkview Hospital. WPD.
