• 9:52 a.m. Wednesday - Douglas Michael Holland, 49, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $253.76.

• 12:02 p.m. Wednesday - Tyler William Tusing, 19, of 551 S. Elm St., Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 12:33 p.m. Wednesday - Dustin Thomas Rose, 28, of 101 Warner Drive, Claypool, arrested for probation violation - felony and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 4:37 a.m. Tuesday - West CR 1350N, 1,000 feet east of North CR 400W, Milford. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Jeremy P. Wagoner, 46, Knox; Jay C. Glon, 52, East Beer Road, Milford. Injuries: Wagoner complained of severe left lower leg pain and was taken to Goshen Hospital; Glon complained of rib pain and was taken to Goshen Hospital. Wagoner was cited for driving while suspended, expired plates and improper registration. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 1:35 p.m. Tuesday - West CR 700S, 1,000 feet west of South CR 450W, Claypool. Car went off road, overcorrected, went off other side of road, hit a utility pole, went through a ditch and hit a second utility pole. Driver: Michelle Aca-Zempoaltecatl, 18, South Valentine Road, Claypool. Injury: Aca-Zempoaltecatl complained of back pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 5:20 p.m. Tuesday - U.S. 30, 900 feet west of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Joseph D. Doty, 32, West CR 300N, Etna Green; Roger D. Peachey, 56, Court Street, Winona Lake; Ashley Vandiepenbos, 35, Avilla. Injury: Doty complained of pain to his left leg but refused treatment at the scene. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. • Midnight Saturday - A vehicle was stopped in the 10300 block of South Ind. 15, Silver Lake, for failure to stop at a stop light. Further investigation led to the arrest of the driver for possession of paraphernalia and a syringe. A woman was arrested for possession of meth, paraphernalia and a syringe. Claypool Police Department investigated.
