St. Anne’s Episcopal Church’s annual tent sale is planned for 8 a.m. June 6-8 at the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds.
The church has added a food truck for this year’s sale.
Pickup service for donations is no longer available. Donations may be dropped off at the tent from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. No TVs will be accepted.

Beaver Dam Offers Lakeside Service
BEAVER DAM – Beaver Dam United Methodist Church has begun its summer worship schedule.
Lakeside service at the Beaver Dam boat launch will be from 8 to 8:30 a.m., followed by coffee fellowship at the church from 9 to 9:30 a.m. and the worship service at 9:30.
Real Meal Deal Is June 2 At Mentone UMC
MENTONE – Mentone United Methodist is offering a Real Meal Deal lunch special Saturday.
For $5, attendees can enjoy a barbecue pulled pork sandwich, celery and carrot sticks, chips, a cookie, and water or soda. Food will be served from 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. or until sold out. Carry-out will be available.
All proceeds will go to the Trunk-N-Treat and Hamburger Funds.
Wawasee Boat-In Worship Through Sept. 9
SYRACUSE — The 49th year of boat-in worship on Lake Wawasee is each Sunday this summer through Sept. 9. Services will be from 8:30 to 9 a.m.
Those who attend have three options:
• Bring a lawn chair and sit on the Oakwood Hotel shore.
• Come by boat to the Oakwood shore and drop anchor around the Lillypad boat.
• Come to the Frog Restaurant and board the Lillypad boat (no charge) at 7:30 a.m.
Minister is the Rev. Pat Park and worship leader is the Rev. Harlan Steffen. Janet Norris will provide music.
Ed Rock To Sing At UMC Lakeside Service
LEESBURG — Ed Rock will be the guest musician Sunday at Leesburg United Methodist Church’s lakeside service.
Rock is “always a crowd favorite” who has sung at many local events, including a performance of the “Star-Spangled Banner” in front of a sold-out crowd of 18,000.
The church’s lakeside service is at Patona Bay on Tippecanoe Lake at 8:30 a.m. every Sunday until Sept. 2. Pastor Rob will give the message each week from the pontoon on the lake, and guest musicians will perform at each service.
Guests may come by boat and anchor in front of Patona Bay, or join the service on land (bring a chair).
The church also has a service at 9:30 a.m. Sundays at its building in Leesburg.

Freedom Video Series Begins Wednesday
NORTH MANCHESTER — A video series on the heritage of liberty in the United States is planned in June at Victory Christian Fellowship.
The videos will feature David Barton of WallBuilders, Rep. Michelle Bachman, Rep. Rick Green, Dr. Carol Swain and author/radio host Glenn Beck as they explore the America the Founding Fathers envisioned.
Questions the series will look at include: What are the foundations of our nation? How did we become so successful as a nation? Why are we losing our freedoms and liberty? How do we restore them?
Sessions are planned for 7 p.m. June 6, 13 and 20. The first session will discuss “The Role of the Bible in our Nation’s Founding” and “The Foundations of Law.”
