• 10:50 a.m. Tuesday - Christopher Shayne Smith, 40, of 906 Pine Mills Road, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:50 a.m. Tuesday - Catherine Kay Anderson, 38, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.

• 1:34 p.m. Tuesday - Matthew Scott Saunders, 60, of 557 N. Lincoln St., Nappanee, arrested on two counts of failure to pay. Bond: $1,262.

• 1:41 p.m. Tuesday - Janelle Lynn Hall, 28, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $379.

• 2:09 p.m. Tuesday - Cameron Bryce McCain, 22, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $877.

• 4:28 p.m. Tuesday - Matthew Dean Robinson, 29, Parker City, arrested for auto theft and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $10,750.

• 5:19 p.m. Tuesday - Jered Caine Yeazel, 33, of 6742 Ind. 25, Rochester, arrested on three counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor, possession of meth and probation violation - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,913.50.

• 8:17 p.m. Tuesday - Clay Verner Trammel, 30, of 5182 E. Bayview Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 8:29 p.m. Tuesday - Bethany Joyce Antrim, 24, of 1018 Monroe St., Rochester, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond listed.

Personal Injury Accidents

• 8:59 a.m. Friday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and East Center Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: David R. Fausnaugh, 40, Columbia City; Doris K. Chow, 43, Plymouth. Injury: Chow complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:16 a.m. Friday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and West Ind. 14, Silver Lake. Two-semi-tractor trailer collision. Drivers: Robert L. Allen, 65, East CR 1300S, North Manchester; Charles E. Guyer, 61, Kokomo. Injury: Benjamin D. Guyer, 33, Kokomo, a passenger in Guyer's vehicle, reported injury to his neck. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.

• 3:10 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and West CR 900S, Silver Lake. SUV-van collision. Drivers: Ronald D. Thompson, 71, East Elm Lane, Claypool; Cheryl A. Maggart, 52, Wabash. Injuries: Thompson complained of pain to multiple parts of his body including the neck and was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne; Cheryl Maggart complained of pain to the chest; Joshua E. Maggart, 16, Wabash, a passenger in Cheryl Maggart's van, complained of pain to the chest and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital along with Cheryl Maggart. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 10:47 a.m. Sunday - East Wooster Road, 2,000 feet west of South CR 500E, Pierceton. Car went off road and hit a Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Brooklyn P. Addair, 19, East CR 350S, Pierceton. Injury: Addair complained of pain to the lower arm but refused medical attention at the scene. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 2:54 p.m. Monday - North Ind. 13, 1,160 feet south of East CR 200N, Pierceton. Car left the road, hit a mailbox and a culvert and came to rest in a ditch. Driver: Ryan J. Sparks, 31, East Sycamore Street, Silver Lake. Injury: Jessica J. Stafford, 13, South Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw, a passenger in Sparks' vehicle, complained of pain to the back and was taken to KCH. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 2:27 p.m. Friday - A woman in the 2500 block of Pine Cone Lane, Warsaw, reported a man she knew broke into her home. WPD.

• 8:38 p.m. Friday - A person in the 200 block of East Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse, was arrested for possession of synthetic cannabinoid. SPD.

• Midnight Saturday - A vehicle was stopped in the 10300 block of South Ind. 15, Silver Lake, for failure to stop at a stop light. Further investigation led to the arrest of the driver for possession of paraphernalia and a syringe. A woman was arrested for possession of meth, paraphernalia and a syringe. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 3:16 p.m. Saturday - A woman in the 400 block of South Seventh Street, Pierceton, reported her purse was stolen from a vehicle. Loss: $50. KCSD.

• 7:41 p.m. Saturday - A burglary to two sheds was reported in the 1900 block of North CR 850E, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 9:06 a.m. Sunday - An incident involving an animal was reported in the 300 block of West Main Street, Syracuse. SPD.

• 10:35 a.m. Sunday - A person resisted arrest in the 300 block of West Emeline Street, Milford. KCSD.

• 11:43 a.m. Sunday - A woman reported she left her keys in her vehicle in the 2100 block of South Julian Drive, Warsaw, and the vehicle was stolen. Loss: $5,000. KCSD.

• 12:12 p.m. Sunday - Domestic battery and criminal mischief were reported in the 1500 block of Dot Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:15 p.m. Sunday - A battery was reported in the 1900 block of North CR 850E, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 4:51 p.m. Tuesday - A woman reported the theft of a bicycle from inside a residence in the 800 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. Loss: $100. WPD.
