• 9:03 a.m. Friday – Luz Carol Olivares, 64, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 9:51 a.m. Friday – Coty Michael Haynes, 27, homeless, arrested on four counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $1,718.32.

• 2:27 p.m. Friday – Brady Lee Shepherd, 27, of 3373 S. Ind. 19, Mentone, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $943.

Personal Injury Accidents

• 7:27 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of South County Farm Road and CR 400 South, Claypool. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Christopher A. Harrison, 52, South Woodland Circle, Warsaw; Shannon L. Ebbinghouse, 49, West Ind. 114, South Whitley. Ebbinghouse was taken to a hospital, but specific injuries were not reported. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 2:06 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Detroit Street and East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. SUV-van collision. Drivers: Arlene G. Cabello, 56, Lagro; Jodi M. Conley, 54, West CR 1200S, Silver Lake. Cabello was initially reported to be injured and was checked by EMS at the scene. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:03 a.m. Friday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Mallory L. Zellmer, 54, Short Ridge Drive, Warsaw; Nancy K. Rooker, 54, South Stonebridge Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 9:15 a.m. Friday – Ind. 15, 32 feet north of West CR 700S, Claypool. Rear-end collision. Drivers: Selena A. Fernandez, 19, West Ind. 14, Silver Lake; Michael D. Stahl, 66, Columbia City. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

• 11:04 a.m. Friday – Ind. 25, 50 feet south of South CR 600W, Mentone. SUV hit deer. Driver: Robin C. Miller, 56, East Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 1:09 p.m. Friday – Parking lot at 2501 Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Car backed into another car. Drivers: Ina Fay F. Smith, 76, West CR 500N, Warsaw; Kathy Buckheit, 55, North Washington Street, Warsaw. Damage $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 12:25 a.m. Wednesday – A person was arrested for operating while intoxicated in the 300 block of South First Street, Pierceton. Pierceton Police Department investigated.

• 1:05 a.m. Wednesday – A person was arrested for possession of meth and a probation violation in the 500 block of Glessner Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:49 a.m. Wednesday –  A person was arrested for OWI in the 300 block of South First Street, Pierceton. PPD.

• 4:20 a.m. Wednesday – A person was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of narcotics in the 100 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:11 a.m. Wednesday – A person was arrested for possession of meth in the 400 block of Maple Avenue, Warsaw, WPD.

• 7:25 a.m. Wednesday – A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of meth and on a Marshall County warrant in the 1400 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:01 a.m. Wednesday – A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance in the 600 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:03 a.m. Wednesday – A person was arrested for visiting a common nuisance in the 600 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:17 a.m. Wednesday – A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of cocaine and driving while suspended in the 3600 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:30 p.m. Wednesday – a person was arrested on an Allen County warrant in the 300 block of West Crystal Flash Road, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
