• 10:06 p.m. Wednesday - West State Street, 500 feet east of Pearl Street, Warsaw. Car went off road, hit a culvert, utility pole and a tree. Driver: Colton J. Francis, 23, East CR 700N, Rochester. Injury: Francis complained of abdomen pain and wrist pain, but refused medical treatment at the scene; Francis went to Parkview Hospital Warsaw on his own but was later flown to Parkview in Fort Wayne for liver laceration.
