• 1:39 p.m. Thursday - Christopher Michael Booth, 38, of 508 Mitchell Road, #7, Rochester, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor and failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $454.50.

• 1:45 p.m. Thursday - Joseph Ray Neighbors, 56, Rock, W.Va., arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $25,000.

• 1:55 p.m. Thursday - Caroline R. Rincon, 39, Clarks Hill, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 2:10 p.m. Thursday - Billy Joe Pearson, 25, of 1208 S. Harkless Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $1,192.50.

• 4:54 p.m. Thursday - Rose Ellen Long, 56, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 5:57 p.m. Thursday - Diego Martinez, 27, Bristol, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 6:04 p.m. Thursday - Alexandra Castillo-Martinez, 23, of 705 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 6:29 p.m. Thursday - Nicholas Daniel Hall, 26, of 3672 W. Old 320, #625, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony and on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond set.

• 6:43 p.m. Thursday - Robert Wayne Oldaker, 28, of 862 E. CR 400S, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:42 p.m. Thursday - Ryan Alan Lindsey, 24, of 425 Edgewater Avenue, Syracuse, arrested for resisting law enforcement with use of a vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and driving while suspended. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:28 p.m. Thursday - Katlynn Leanne Craft, 19, of 9611 S. CR 100E, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear - felony. Bond: $10,250.

• 11:59 p.m. Thursday - Jasmine Marie Hunt, 24, of 309 W. Hillside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 12:17 a.m. today - Tiffiany Danielle Jervis, 27, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #87, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor and possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 2:17 a.m. today - Harry George Crosser, 63, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 2:31 a.m. today - Matthew Glenn Schultz, 43, of 920 Anchorage Road, #19, Warsaw, arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor and nonsupport of a dependent. Bond: $42,250.

• 4:33 a.m. today - Michael Lee Eppenbaugh, 36, Granger, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - original charge felony. Bond: $5,250.

Personal Injury Accident

• 10:06 p.m. Wednesday - West State Street, 500 feet east of Pearl Street, Warsaw. Car went off road, hit a culvert, utility pole and a tree. Driver: Colton J. Francis, 23, East CR 700N, Rochester. Injury: Francis complained of abdomen pain and wrist pain, but refused medical treatment at the scene; Francis went to Parkview Hospital Warsaw on his own but was later flown to Parkview in Fort Wayne for liver laceration. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 3:09 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 19, 1,000 feet east of North CR 800W, Nappanee. A mixer truck spooked a horse pulling a buggy, causing the buggy to veer and strike a motorcycle; horse fled into a field. Drivers: Gabriel D. • 5:34 a.m. Thursday - A woman in the 100 block of EMS D24 Lane, Syracuse, reported the theft of her service dog. KCSD.

• 8:47 a.m. Thursday - A man reported the theft of computer hardware/software, sunglasses and cash from his vehicle in the 8000 block of East Pioneer Way, North Webster. Loss: $1,415. KCSD.

• 12:13 p.m. Thursday - A person in the 100 block of North West Street, Milford, reported firearms and checks missing. Value: $1,510. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 12:27 p.m. Thursday - A woman reported the theft of a lawnmower from her residence in the 3100 block of East Wooster Road, Pierceton. Value: $350. KCSD.

• 12:46 p.m. Thursday - An employee of the Town of Milford reported a damaged power meter at the concessions stand at the park in the 300 block of East Camp Mack Road, Milford. MPD.

• 12:47 p.m. Thursday - An employee of Dollar General Store in the 100 block of South Higbee Street, Milford, reported a counterfeit bill was used for a purchase. MPD.

• 2:43 p.m. Thursday - An employee of Warsaw Community Schools in the 900 block of South Union Street, Warsaw, reported a juvenile trespassing on school property with tobacco. WPD.

• 4:51 p.m. Thursday - An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported a theft of a bicycle. Value: $127.33. WPD.

• 8:28 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a prior, resisting law enforcement using a vehicle and driving while suspended with a prior in the 100 block of West Railroad Avenue, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
