Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP)

    Notice is hereby given that Warsaw Community Schools is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified construction managers as constructor pursuant to Indiana Code 5-32 (Employment of Construction Managers as Constructors for Projects). The RFP is for the addition of a new Health Center at Warsaw Community High School with a total budgeted cost of $3,000,000.

    The RFP document will be available beginning on May 24, 2018.  Please contact Dr. Brandon Penrod at Warsaw Community Schools, address: 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw, IN  46580, email: [email protected], Phone: 574-371-5098 for receipt of the RFP. All correspondence regarding the RFP submittal shall be directed to Dr. Brandon Penrod.

    RFP responses must be received no later than 10 a.m., local time, on June 7, 2018. Submittals shall be addressed to Dr. Brandon Penrod, Chief Financial Officer and delivered to Warsaw Community Schools, 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw, IN  46580. Responses received after the stated time will be returned unopened.  Any postal/courier service is the agent of the responder.

    The selection process will consist of review of each proposer’s qualifications by Warsaw Community Schools’ Evaluation Committee pursuant to Indiana Code 5-32.
