• 11:08 a.m. Friday - Nicolas Chase Whitmyer, 21, of 223 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing meth 1 to 5 grams. Bond: $15,250.

• 11:22 a.m. Friday - Jennifer Sue Moore, 29, of 223 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing meth 1 to 5 grams. Bond: $15,250.

• 4:41 p.m. Friday - Aarron Lee Warren, 27, of 207 N. East St., Milford, arrested for counterfeiting. Bond: $10,250.

• 6:56 p.m. Friday - Jessica Lynn Herbster, 33, of 221 S. High St., #E2, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 6:47 p.m. Friday - Jason Lee Slusher, 29, of 301 N. Morgan St., Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 7:27 p.m. Friday - Frank Allen Thorpe, 36, of 9434 W. CR 500S, Mentone, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.

• 3:56 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East CR 1300N and North CR 300E, Syracuse. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Juan M. Patino, 27, North CR 300E, Milford; Brian J. Crawford, 32, North Ind. 19, Etna Green. Injury: Crawford complained of pain to his back. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

Semi-tractor's tractor got stuck on railroad tracks; trailer and the three pontoon boats and three outboard motors it was hauling were hit by a train. Driver: Charles A. Cloud, 58, Elkhart. Damage: Over $100,000. KCSD.

• 4:40 a.m. Thursday - East U.S. 30, 3,000 feet west of South CR 450E, Warsaw. Van hit deer. Driver: Linda L. Mahoney, 55, Columbia City. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 7:53 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of East Smith Street and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Vasilios H. Batalis, 78, Dausha Court, Warsaw; Whitney N. Jackson, 25, South Walnut Street, Mentone. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:44 a.m. Friday - North Ind. 19, 500 feet north of West CR 1000N, Nappanee. Commercial truck went off road, into a ditch and rolled onto its side. Driver: Caleb C. Wertenberger, 30, North Rebecca Street, Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 3:17 p.m. Friday - Intersection of South Morton Street and West Ind. 25, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Anna C. Sullivan, 17, North Johnson Street, Warsaw; Robert E. Derbyshire, 56, South Briarwood Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 3:58 p.m. Friday - 1170 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Brandon J. Horn, 25, East Ind. 114, Akron; Martha E. Lennane, 72, North Lincoln Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 3:10 p.m. Wednesday - A driver disregarded a traffic signal and was found to be operating a vehicle never having had a license. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 7:38 p.m. Wednesday - A man reported two male subjects were walking away from Pierceton Woods in the 100 block of Pequignot Drive, Pierceton. It was later learned one of the male subjects had battered a staff member. KCSD.

• midnight Thursday - A woman went to the police department to report a domestic battery in the 300 block of West Crystal Flash Road, North Webster. NWPD.

• 8:05 a.m. Thursday - A woman reported her vehicle was keyed in the 8300 block of South Ind. 19, Akron. KCSD.

• 8:30 a.m. Thursday - A woman reported criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 200 block of North East Street, Milford. Damage: $300. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 2:54 p.m. Thursday - A person reported a man was possible deceased in the 6900 block of West CR 100N, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 2:56 p.m. Thursday - A person was found to be driving while suspended with a prior in the 100 block of Warrior Path, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 5:03 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for false informing in the 11200 block of North CR 450E, Syracuse. SPD.

• 12:57 a.m. Friday - A man in the 100 block of North Clay Street, Claypool, reported two incidents of theft from his pickup truck. Items stolen included a phone charging cord, modulator, coffee mug and headphones. Value: $140. KCSD.

• 10:47 a.m. Friday - A man reported the theft of a cellphone in the 3200 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. Value: $550. KCSD.

• 1:32 p.m. Friday - A student was reported driving on school property without a license in the 8300 block of South Ind. 19, Akron. KCSD.
